I think he'll be cashing in very soon at least, if not at WrestleMania then within a month or so.
He's the go-to top heel, and him just getting more pay-per-view title shots without ever using his Money In The Bank would seem odd. Plus unlike Brock, Reigns will be on the show all the time, making a cash-in easier logistically.
Plus it helps that it takes the pressure off of Roman to have a title reign right now, while still letting him have that moment of beating Brock. I do think Rollins cashing in at WrestleMania is the most climactic and memorable way to do it.

I dont think its a certainty by any stretch, but absolutely a possibility. I wouldnt even be surprised if they made that decision based on the reaction Reigns gets during Mania and knee jerked it. I think they want the happy Reigns overcomes the Beast moment, but have to be ready for any sort of backlash.

Rollins cashing it in on whomever ends up the winner would be cool. No sort of fan preference here, just the idea of him spending his reign boasting he main-evented Wrestlemania and won the WWE title would be glorious.

People are convinced he is? I mean I've seen some people bring it up as a possibility, that's about it. I think it's a possibility too but it won't surprise me if nothing happens. I can see Reigns winning. Lesnar being pissed. F5'ing him 2 or 3 more times in anger. Then Rollins' shitty intro hits, place explodes. We explode. Kevin eats an Oreo. |

This assumes that Rollins wins when he cashes in. We now have two recent precedents where the briefcase was cashed in but the holder lost the match. Rollins losing his cash-in could be the bone WWE throws us for forcing Reigns down our throats.

He is going to have to cash in soon, and i cant see them giving Roman Reigns a short reign so im expecting him to cash in after Reigns beats Lesnar, only to get squashed by Reigns. What better way to make Reigns look strong and cement him as the next big star, than to have him conquer Brock Lesnar and then destroy the next top heel? (im honeslty worried that that is what WWE has planned)
