Heyman seemed anxious to get the ref to stop the count and then when you hear the ref count 9, Heyman clearly says to Brock "what the f*** are you doing?". Im not so sure it was a blade job.

So if you're not a sad case like me and haven't re-watched this by freeze framing everything then you're not in a position to comment :-)
There was no blade in either Roman or Brock's hand at any point before he hit the turnbuckle clip. Brock did not pass anything to Heyman.
The most conclusive evidence is two years ago on Raw in a confrontation with Triple H Brock bled in EXACTLY the same way. No blade, and hitting the turnbuckle connection in the same place (NOT THE RINGPOST). That part of the turnbuckle has a sharp metal point that would cut the head RATHER than the metal ringpost which would cause a bump McGuiness style.
My judgement is that Heyman was on hand with a blade in case Brock failed to bust himself, hence the close contact between the two and Heyman having a good look to see if he was successful. Chioda would never be involved with any blade passing because that would leave him out of a job. It's highly likely that Reigns wouldn't be involved either for practical and personal reasons. The idea that Chioda passed Reigns a blade fully FIVE MINUTES beforehand is nonsensical as Reigns would need to hold it whilst being German suplexed to hell.
