Good thing there is an alternative like DC comics. Christ, between a Vince-run Marvel and current DC I think I'd choose a bullet.

Hank Pym slaps Wasp, he leaves Marvel.
Eventually, he gets back in their good books, is made Co-GM of Marvel Comics, is inducted in the Avengers Hall Of Fame & has Vince and HHH as guests on his podcast

Each issue has the heroes and villains trading wins with no real plot or payoff.

The most powerful villain in the comics would be the editor in chief. I know that's currently DC's thing, but McMahon Marvel would make it into an actual in book storyline that lasts nearly 20 years.

Groot would be punished for getting more over than Drax, writers would be told to stop doing his "I am Groot" catchphrase, he's taken out of the book and only appears afterward as a silent background villain (after unexplained heel turn) getting beat up by Squirrel Girl in her book sometimes.
HHH mends fences with Alan Moore and Steve Ditko, convinces them to do a mini together for Marvel. Three issues in, McMahon changing scripts causes Moore to bolt again and Ditko doing one or two variant covers before leaving again.
Every issue of every series has the Absorbing Man and Man Mountain Marko show up to ruin things.

Top characters would be deleted from history because the person that created them is on the outs with Marvel.

the likes of Captain Marvel, Ms. Marvel and She-Hulk would all get their titles pulled in spite of good sales and critical acclaim because "who wants to read about women" and the best their fans can hope for is the occassional meaningless one-shot.

Black Widow then leads a #GiveSuperheroinesAChance movement.
