$240k away from Classic Mode! Really, really want that goal to be reached. 180,744 now... I'm sure it will get there. I really want to see what their pie in the sky goals were which they locked in the dungeon, I'm guessing one is Nintendo Console releases due to some of the wording in the console section, for an update it's now only trending towards 10 million dollars :-(

What's in the basement? Does that $3m stretch goal pic look like it spells out the top part of WII U? I guess we'll find out soon enough.

What's in the basement? Does that $3m stretch goal pic look like it spells out the top part of WII U? I guess we'll find out soon enough. Potentially. It was heavily hinted that the Nintendo systems would be down there. Aaaaaaah. WE NEED $250,000 more for that stretch goal! Well it's only the Ninth day... unless backings completely stop we'll get there... probably.

I thought the problem with a Nintendo Wii U port is that the game was using UE4 and Epic hasn't ported the engine to the Wii U because they have a hate-boner for Nintendo. Though considering they've gone far and above their original funding goals, maybe that big stretch goal would fund porting the game to a Wii U-compatible engine.

Yeah but in the faq under the What about Nintendo or Handheld systems it says That means it's down there somewhere

I love that the games exist and get of the ground so easily, f*** the actual companies for not doing anything with those properties. The market exists clearly so why not cater to it?

UPDATE 9!$2,699,816 Achievement status. Concept Art Enemies! {Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler} Astarot: The 29th demon in the Lesser Key of Solomon. Covered in a gigantic dragon, he holds a poisonous snake in his right hand. Of all the wandering demons in the castle, Astarot is particularly strong. His powerful fire attack is said to have developed from his study of dragons. Mafeius: The 39th demon, said to appear with the body of a crow. This particular demon does not possess a lot of power, but his "death from above" attacks will force you to remember his name. Buer: The 10th demon, a lion-head that rolls forward on the legs of a lamb. These demons show their power through the crystals embedded in their body—watching the crystals could tell you just how dangerous each enemy in the castle is. Fan Art Spotlight! New Fan Art Goal! More fan Art spotlight! edit: Kickstarter reads 2.7 ... so I believe that would be 2.75 unlocked with paypal... (unless they added the paypal to the kickstarter somehow)

This looks super great, and proves yet again that most big name companies have no idea what fans want. Turns out it's just fun games of pretty much every possible variety. What a shocker.
Consider the fact that
Isometric RPGs Mega Man style platformer Sonic style platformer Point and Click Adventure X-Wing Style Flight shooter Wing Commander style flight shooter Metroidvania platformer Collectathon platformer Sim City style city builder that doesn't suck
are all genres that have done really well either through crowd funding or quiet release on steam, perhaps there's nothing that should just be discarded as things gamers don't want.
