Well one has the upside of new guys being brought into the fold and the awesomeness of Kevin owens, the other has Kurt trying to commit suicide [The action not the wrestler] every Wendsday(?)

I'd also say that TNA was better than Raw quite a bit from the April 2010-Aug. 2010 time period. Not saying every week, but there were definitely several weeks I enjoyed Impact more. The first few months of 2010 were some of the worst stuff ever though.
And yes, 2012 did go haywire with the Aces and Eights. But I ask everyone: Has WWE done a show as hilariously goofy as the Impact where about 50 Aces and Eights guys invaded the Impact Zone, and some of the TNA guys attacked one of them and took off the bandanna to reveal....some random guy? I think Austin Aries and Hogan later tortured this dude and threatened to cut his balls off.

How many Apple watches were on Impact though? They made up for it by giving out free vacations to most of their workers.

I don't even watch Impact and I know this can't be true especially with that Cesaro vs Cena match.

I've watched RAW every week since episode 1 and Impact every week since 2006. I call it fairly how I see it and Impact has been more enjoyable to me than RAW a lot of times over the past decade. RAW wins moreso but Impact isn't as bad as it's made out to be especially by people who don't even watch it. TNA is basically the Jose Lothario before sweatsock was a thing of FAN.

I hardly watch Raw, just read the results and if a good match then i'll watch it. WWE is only good for me at the moment for PPV. Impact i'm here for the fun and jokes. I don't know if it's really a compliment if you are better than Raw but hey a feather in the cap none the less.

I'm glad to actually see some positive words about Impact on here. I just watched Impact tonight and thought it was a pretty damn good wrestling show overall. It's really a testament to how badly the TNA brand is damaged that it doesn't get more recognition when it actually does manage to put on some great shows.

Every time I manage to catch a bit of Impact I'm quite entertained by it.
I really like the presentation of their show and it does feel alot less stale and predictable than Raw.
my issue though is I can't get invested enough to become a regular viewer because I've been burned enough times by them.

Well in its majority of existance Impact has been better than RAW. Just more entertaining overall, esp. ever since RAW went to 3 hours. WWE is a better company than TNA still but that's a debate for another time.
But dude, nothing can beat that Cena-Cesaro match.

Comparing WWE and TNA has always been a very tough exercise; for all the talk of TNA "trying too hard to be WWE lite" that we've had since, literally, at least 2004, both shows have historically felt very different from one another, whether simply due to time slot differences or due to much larger forces.
I gave up on WWE over a decade ago; every time I've checked in since then, I haven't felt compelled to come back to it. That's not me saying "WWE sucks!", that was simply me recognizing two key factors: that WWE is a very repetitive, "safe" wrestling show that doesn't take many chances (I don't mean in terms of language or whatever, but in booking and match making decisions) that hasn't changed much in that decade-plus, and that WWE's product simply isn't tailored for somebody with my personal tastes in wrestling. Put those two together, and it'd be silly for me to start watching Raw every week again. This isn't to discount when WWE does something well; TNA has never pulled off something as solidly as, say, following up Brock Lesnar ending the streak with Daniel Bryan slaying Evolution. But 50 weeks of the year, I don't feel there's much reason to peer in beyond reading recaps and checking some highlight videos here and there.
TNA, on the other hand, is a company I've walked away from and come back to tons of times over the years. While WWE is kind of McDonalds-esque in the fact that you almost always know what you're going to get from it, TNA in many years has been a burger joint that starts selling cheesesteaks without any notice, shifting from really high quality stuff to absolute shit in the blink of an eye. Sometimes this has meant really fun viewing (summer 2005, late 2009, a good chunk of 2012, various other points), and other times it's giving us things like THAT Impact after Bound For Glory, or Jenna vs. Sharmell, or the Last Rites match.
In that sense, while I've gone very long stretches not watching TNA, I'm almost always more interested in checking out Impact than Raw; at the very least, I get that Forrest Gump box of chocolates feeling, no goddamned clue what I'm going to get.
So, yeah, guess it kind of boils down to what you're more willing to put up with: a show that's repetitive yet safe, or a show that's different yet volatile as a vat of nitroglycerin and a crate of lit matches.
In other words: I'll take ROH over either.
