One of few Iron Maiden covers that does the original justice! Iced Earth's cover is WAAAAAAYYYYYYY better, even though this is really f***ing good.

NOW LISTENING TO: Exumer - Fallen Saint (1986)
When people think German thrash metal they usually think of Kreator, Sodom, or Destruction. However, there are bands like Exumer, while lesser known, still kickass.

Now playing a new release of some old style death metal from Finland.
Very fun album, and I dig that cover art

Now listening to the underrated Ecocide, Dutch death-thrash from 2013. Ecocide split up earlier this year, so a little bit of bittersweetness for me.

No it's time for some Swedish Death Metal from Vomitory.
This one is for those who are into stuff like Dismember, Grave, Entombed, and the like

Speaking of lesser known Thrash acts here's Death/Thrash band Incubus (no relation to the other band known as Incubus).

I'm still waiting for that new record, man. WHEN ARE WE GETTING THE NEW RECORD!!??!?!? Heh. Reminds me of the insane anticipation for the second Wintersun album. Don't know how true it is, but I read online, the reason a new Necrophagist album hasn't been released is due to some dispute between the band and record label and Necrophagist is holding out. Speaking of Wintersun, Time I has to be one of the most disappointing follow ups I've ever heard. Just straight up boring. Probably won't ever check out Time II (which is being crowd-funded by the way).
