If anyone hasn't checked it out yet, Wildfire by Destroyer 666 is an outstanding album.
I also checked out Burzum for the first time today. I really enjoyed the music, but it's a bummer when you realize who is behind it.

Man, this video is amazing. Not only is it a great little time capsule of an amazing band, but it's also a great little piece of the extreme metal scene 27 years ago now. Great stuff all around.

so I got a pretty big Death Metal haul this weekend.
got the new Amon Amarth, first new album of theirs I've picked up in 10 years and it's pretty great. also got Aborted's last slab of mayhem and the new Wormed, which is probably the best of the bunch.
