So we will get Cadence at the ward screaming in Pain. Shining Armour trying to calm her but just gets strangled and shouted at. Doctors going "PUSH, I CAN SEE IT'S HEAD" Than out comes Princess Skyla with the chord still attached  |

Princess Twilight will become an aunt! And Twilight Velvet and her husband will become grandpa and grandma. Not just an aunt, but a possible foal-sitter too. Just like Cadence was for her. Then when Twilight has trouble, Pinkie can note on it while caring for the Cake Twins. |
