post your ideas...
women ref the divas matches.
Renee Young does commentary for divas matches (stolen from someone on here)
change the design of the ring IE: rope colors, logo in the middle, post colors, turnbuckle colors, mat color.
change the entrance ramp up from time to time. I liked how it was set up at Beast in the East...just a flat walkway like a house show. make the ramp go all the way to the ring apron like early 90s wcw did. Seriously, why does Raw have to look the same every single week? I want to be able to tell we are in a new city.
STOP starting the show off with a promo or the announcers talking. Let the show open up with a match. Change the order of the card from time to time. SNME used to open with the main event.
put the announcers in different places, some weeks have them ringside, some weeks have them up top where Gorilla and Jesse used to be, some weeks have them by the entrance way.
GET RID OF THAT BACKSTAGE INTERVIEW SET.

That alone would bring change.

Retire JBL and Lawler. Bring up Graves
Someone here made a thread about the old tag team formula (heat on a guy from the face team, hot tag etc). Definitely needs to be mixed up
More special RAW/SD episodes or standalone Network specials like Slammy RAW or Old School RAW, f.e. Halloween Havoc, Battlebowl, Queen Of The Ring
More sitdown interviews to showcase the performers/characters/gimmicks more (why don't they fill up RAW's 3 hrs with Cole's weekly wwe.com interview?)

Less recap videos on Raw, with NO recap videos from that night of television.
If you replace them with videos, a video of some wrestler on the main roster, done similar to the Finn Balor videos on Raw, to give an in-depth look at someone on the roster (and it changes from week to week, up and down the roster). Other sports have those pieces regularly, so it would serve a purpose and keep a sports/entertainment feel.

What is the reasoning behind wanting every show to look/feel the same? Surely making it feel like if you've seen one you've seen em all is that last thing they want.

Stop showing the audience watching the tron. Yes. Jesus, it just KILLS the feel when you see this great segment, and then all of a sudden, the camera pans back and you see the fans watching it. I would actually not mind moving the commentary booth back toward the stage like it was when Bischoff was GM of Raw, echo the show videos featuring different people on the roster. Cut the show to 2 hours normally, and save 3-hour shows for rare occasions. You can even use those like Clash of the Champions when you do. Maybe have a title change or two every now and again. Allow upsets. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, get Vince and Dunn out of the headsets on commentary and let them call the match.

The look of the ring could definitely use a change. New rope color and maybe even a new color for the mat.
Backstage interview segments should take place on the ramp in front of the big WWE statue thing. This might be a problem for pre-taped stuff though.
Female refs.
Have the "main event" at the top of hour 3 sometimes and let a midcard angle close the show.

make the wrestlers act like they're in a elementary school play.
Roman Reigns as a rock, Sheamus as a sun, Bigshow as a mountain, Orton as a Tree, John Cena as a lost scout boy, and vince as a teacher who is watching this disaster unfold on the stage, while thinking that it's the best thing ever.

- More sit down interviews
- Less in ring promos
- Stop having a promo open the show to "unexpectedly" set up a main event. Yeah, we are supposed to buy that they came to town and didn't have a main event planned...
- Tale of the tape
- Time limits
- More backstage interviews. In fact, the only time we should see the wrestlers backstage is if the camera crew has a reason to be there such as an interview. No more invisible cameraman just happening to catch conversations and stuff.
- Alternate and change the roster up more. Have half the guys on Raw one week, the other half the next.
- Have a big main event for Raw that is built to the week before most weeks that is advertised to death. Give people a reason to be excited for the show.
-A cruiserweight division could be really fun.
- More international flavor, like masked luchadores, hard hitting Japanese guys, and ass kicking Canadians and Brits. I know we have some of this, but it's not as good as it could be. - More racial diversity that doesn't rely on outdated schoolyard stereotypes of the 1970s.
- They've already started, but can the diva crap and let them be wrestlers, or at least Superstars, like the guys. This is 2015 for crying out loud I honestly don't see how they even have many female fans given how women have mostly been portrayed for the past three decades. I'm glad it's starting to change, but I look forward to the day day it isn't an issue anymore.
- Better commentary. It really is embarrassing how awful it is.

Retire the twenty-minute opening promo. Seriously, it's just stale at this point. Find another way to fill that time, or just cut it down. What's wrong with a ten or even five minute opening promo instead? Isn't that enough time to get across everything you want to convey?

Before a title match, have the ref hold the belt up and turn to face each side of the ring. Then leave the belt on the announce table so any time you get a shot of the announcers during the match the belt is clearly visible.

Solid black ropes, bring back the old blue mat that ECW and other federations have used, the white ropes look very vanilla. Give it a sports presentation like what WCW and ECW used to do, or what TNA did around Joe vs Angle at LockDown.

Bring back the "window in window" promos during ring entrances. 15-20 seconds is enough to get a point across and give the guys a little extra exposure, or give the feud a little more heat without a long-winded promo every single week.

Give the Divas their own wrestling show. Female refs and commentators. Let them create their own brand identity. Record it at Full Sail.

The idea of having Renee Young doing commentary for diva matches is incredibly condescending. Like, "you can't call the serious guy stuff, but you can talk about the pretty ladies and maybe what dresses they wear and how they do their hair."

Don't telegraph the matches going to commercial via cliche spot. Do it in the middle of an actual exciting bit to entice the people to keep watching. Same deal with the ending, you don't need "so and so standing tall" every single week.
Allow people distinct entrance attire. Wrestlers coming out in their own t-shirt should be kept to a minimum.
More tornado tags to keep 2 on 2 matches fresh.
Give more guys bullet points rather than scripts.
Bring back people doing promos for live events rather than the same generic commercial or lower third.
