I was gonna say the Raid as well, Crank is also a good one (Crank 2 is nuts). I'll throw The Warriors in there. Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans has some of that Wolf of Wall Street weirdness, though not as over the top, but it definitely has really strong moments.
