Tonight, I was at a birthday party for a friend. I took a breather to just check out FB on my phone. And I find out a friend of mine, who used to run the track when I was younger, passed away today. And that just pretty much destroyed my entire night. I tried not to let anybody know that I was hurting on the inside, but I have posted about it on FB. I changed my profile picture to the picture we took last year of him, Dad, and myself. And of course, I used the quote that I've used recently more than I would care to.

So yeah, I'm just not myself tonight.
