From Reddit:
Just checked the schedule. We are getting 4/6/98 and 9/29/97. So we're either possibly getting all of 97/98 or just random episodes. Either way I'm stoked
I checked the schedule as well and i can verify that those two episods as true, pretty awesome if we are getting those Nitros next week

It would be awesome if they put both 97 and 98 Nitros up, we'll see.

THIS is what I've been waiting on!
Finally I can go back to back with RAWs and Nitros like I'm 14 again!
If this actually happens that is...

Did anything significant happen on those Nitros? If so, could be just random eps.

The 4-6-98 Nitro was headlined by Sting vs Nash for the WCW title while the nWo was in the process of splitting up.
9-29-97 had Giant vs Curt Hennig in the main event (with a sweet looking Perfectplex to Giant too) and Eddie dressing up as a luchadore "El Caliente" to try and pull one over on Rey before their match at Halloween Havoc.

Doesn't really seem like any landmark moments so hopefully it's the full years going up.

Thats my hope too, it would be a bummer if these were it for now and quite random, I'm actually excited for when they get the rest of the Nitros up and possibly Thunder as well

Thunder would be great. Also Saturday Night.
Saturday Night had the best entrance door of all time dammit.

The two Nitro episodes airing today (one from 97, one from 98) have been added to the Nitro category.
Really excited to see each show and hopefully will tune into the 7:30 AM Eastern "live" airing. I only hope more are on the way.

Got a feeling they'll wait for the 20th Anniversary of Nitro (September 4th) to upload them in bulk.

Souled Out 1998 is one of my favorite PPVs ever.

I guess they held the nitros back so the upload could be tied in with the release of the Best Of Nitro 3 DVD.

I hope it's the full year. It's frustrating having so many gaps in the archives. I'm almost ready to cancel at this point.

I'm honestly just surprised Vince hasn't insisted on having the full Nitro run on the Network, just so he can have that last episode on there for everybody to see, and rub a little more dirt on the corpse of WCW.
