Even if it is a Rhyno deal or the one Joe used to be on, it is better than nothing. That Rolling Stone interview she did indicated she'd jump at that or any deal offered so it likely isn't hesitation from her.

Joe is full contract now, isn't he?

Also, Blue Pants should be a full roster member even if a Joe deal. No reason she can't appear as often as a Dana or Alexa even if a Joe deal. If she is only NXT then let her earn for NXT instead of 3 or 4 times a year.
