For all of you wondering, pretty sure HHHhas final say on every booking decision, like Vince on the mr That's my feeling, just that HHH has the benefit of sitting under Vince's learning tree and learning what's good and bad about his style so he can make his own. Good: Strong vision and hands on management Bad: Micromanaging and changing things on a whim, not listening to others. That's why I have faith in him, he's smart enough to know what to do.

Triple H deserves credit for having a vision for NXT, but he's not the only one who needs fruit baskets. William Regal, Norman Smiley, Sara Del Rey, Dusty when he was alive and unsung writers like Ryan Ward and Stephen Guerrieri deserve their props too. I'm not sure who the writer is for NXT now though.

Vince is re-writing shows up til the last minute.
Vince has people in his ears that are hurting the product.
Vince is blind and arrogant. He jumped the shark on himself a LONG time ago. He's never been a creative genius. He's surrounded himself with people who had decent ideas and he reaped the credit.
Vince is a cancer to the business. Putting all of his money on that Cena horse for the win. again and again. Instead of building more than ONE big star, he just plays it safe.
Vince is a liar and talks out of his ass. he listens to the fans, but didn't want to push Bryan until he had to. He was going to give us Orton vs. Batista because that's what we wanted.
Vince ruined Roman Reigns. Possibly for a long long time. That's how shitty he is at the creative side.
Vince has the FINAL say. Anything that happens is his fault. It doesn't matter how many subjects are in your kingdom. If the King has the final say and makes shitty decisions, the fault is with the King.

I don't think it's just HHH being better or more in touch than Vince, it's the general approach to creative in NXT. On Raw there's a room full of writers all trying to get their shit on TV at all costs, with Kevin Dunn trying and failing to orchestrate it all into a cohesive whole and every once in a while Vince comes to live and rebooks everything at the last second because he didn't like the cut of some guys jib or is just trying to make them fight harder for their storylines to go through.
On NXT it's pretty much just Haitch telling the wrestlers "go out and get yourselves over", sitting back and occasionally coaching a guy or girl he particularly likes.

In front of the exact same crowd, NXT as a whole got far better reactions than Raw or Summerslam. . Doesnt prove a thing. NXT got a better reaction, because it is more IWC friendly.

Vince... He's never been a creative genius. He's surrounded himself with people who had decent ideas and he reaped the credit. With all due respect, to say vince was never a creative genius is VERY short sighted. It was Vince who came up with the idea of Wrestlemania and also to usher in PPV. Was Vince's idea to interview Andre standing on a box to sell Andre as even more of a giant. Wrestlemania 3 was his baby and is probably the most iconic show in pro wrestling history. Was also his idea to run Monday Nights. There are tons of things Vince had the foresight to do that no one else did. Not saying everything he does turns to gold as the man has made numerous mistakes but he has been ahead of the curve more times than not. I know he is hated by many but he still deserves credit and I can't agree that he has never been a creative genius and just rode other peoples ideas.

People forget that when Triple H does take over, it will be Stephanie who has more power, and she seems worse than Vince.

In front of the exact same crowd, NXT as a whole got far better reactions than Raw or Summerslam. . Doesnt prove a thing. NXT got a better reaction, because it is more IWC friendly. Making the people who are paying money to see your product happier. I'd say that's pretty important. And NXT, yeah it's smark friendly, it's also family friendly, in the old days, the most famous fans were Sign Guy, Hat guy, the smarks at every show. NXT's superfan is Izzy, a little girl. This wasn't a show put on in front of the internet, it was in front of people of all ages and entertained them. NXT merchandise is all over crowds at every show, it's making money, it's the top draw on the Network, it's making money. You think advertisers in the future will be happier with the big name product that keeps shuffling on and is stale, or the one that hits multiple demographics, makes money and the people watching it seem happy, indicating they'll spend more money in the future?

Yes HHH is much, much better than Vince. HHH is as good at his off-screen role as he is bad at his on-screen role. Very.
I can't wait till he takes over as I reckon the quality and ratings will improve.

If the WWE had this style of booking in 1999, WCW wouldve died that year imo.
