Chicago Cubs(because they're/were terrible and games were always available on TV here and I couldn't bring myself to cheer for the Jays.)
Chelsea(Because Zola)
UCLA(I actually have no clue how I started with them.)
San Diego Chargers.

Living in Massachusetts all my life, those professional sports teams receive my unconditional support. That being said there are other teams that I have an affinity for. One of them being the Atlanta Braves, which I think has something to do with their games airing on TBS all the time when I was growing up. Even if said games preempted Captain Planet and WCW programming that I wanted to watch. So I guess it's the sport's equivalent of Stockholm Syndrome. The San Francisco 49ers are my second favorite NFL team since they're a NFC West team, so they only play my Patriots once every couple of years so it's not much of a conflict. Between their dominance when I was growing up and Danny Tanner wearing a 49ers jacket in early Full House episodes (when the character was still a local sports anchor) I've seen their logo a lot. So it's something familiar from when I was a kid. Plus I just really like the city of San Francisco.
While I'm generally happy with Robert Kraft as a team owner, I think it is cool as hell that the Green Bay Packers are a community owned team. Too bad that the major sports leagues in America have since passed by laws prohibiting further community ownership.

It may sound odd as a Red Sox fan but I always root for the Mets. Maybe it is because I was always overlooked by the accomplishments of my brother but I have always thought they were the lovable underdogs playing under the Yankees in New York and that gave them a special charm to me.

Became a fan of the Detroit Lions when I was a kid because I loved their colors. Haven't looked back since even though its been very painful at times.

The Lions.
No idea why. I was born in Binghamton. I've just always loved them.

The Ottawa Senators, just because it was a new expansion team at the time. I liked the colors, the logo was pretty neat and the Canadian capital city finally getting back into the country's national sport was actually happening.
Otherwise, the teams I cheer for have some sort of actual reason or ties to friends and/or family.

This one may be relevant again soon: the Quebec Nordiques.
No, I didn't really get to cheer them while they were around; I've been a casual hockey fan since the mid-90s, and only a hardcore fan since the mid-00s, so L'Nordique was already in Denver by the time I was really paying attention.
Nevertheless, I've grown fond of them over time, mostly due to my maternal grandmother's family having come from Quebec...yeah, closer to Montreal, but the Habs are already around, so I picked the team that left. Got a jersey made up with my grandmother's maiden name and everything.
Anyway, if the Nords do return in the near future, which is looking more and more likely, I will immediately take them on as my second team behind the Devils; even hoping to learn a bit of French so I could watch some games on a local feed now and then.
...Also, if the Hartford Whalers ever return, they can be my #3 team.
