This was done on her personal time and should have no bearing on her professional life regardless of what it is. Unless there is a clause in her contract that says they can monitor her personal time.

Let's be honest. Do you think Rollins knows ANYTHING about this chick? Do you think he even cares about her like that? I have always gotten the impression Rollins stopped by the PC 1 day, stumbled across her, and took her to pound town. He may do so when he is in FL to this day. She may send him nudes on the reg. But, he doesn't claim her as his GF does he? I think she is the most glorified of ring rats, nothing more or nothing less. They were sitting together in the crowd at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn. I don't know if he'd do that with 'a glorified ring rat' as you so elegantly put it. Actually, I called her 'the MOST glorified of ring rats'.

If I bash blacks in my free time or punch babies in my downtime, I'm pretty sure that my employers may see me as a liability and bad publicity if it comes to light.

This was done on her personal time and should have no bearing on her professional life regardless of what it is. Unless there is a clause in her contract that says they can monitor her personal time. Going that route, are we? Are we to assume, then, that what Hogan said on the tape shouldn't count against him because it was in a private setting and on his personal time? Strictly speaking, we can make the argument that we can't hold Benoit's actions against him because he did call in a sick day that Saturday and so did what he did on his own time. Whether we wanted these things to happen or not, these were actions by people who chose to be public figures by choosing a profession in which that was a reasonable outcome. Zahra Schreiber, by choosing to become a WWE in-ring performer, became a public figure, as did her known intimate partner, known to the business as Seth Rollins. She knew or ought to have known what these tweets were likely to do to her career. She posted them anyway. What are we to think of her, or indeed of anyone associated with her, now that these have reached a wider audience?

So if I blew up someone's house and my workplace found out about it, they would have no right to fire me? ...hm.

They actually do have morality clauses in their contracts that gives the WWE the option to release them should anything come to light that puts the company in a bad light.

People regularly get fired from their jobs for doing stupid shit on social media. Especially when they display blatant racism or bigotry like Schreiber has that could have serious effects on a work environment.
People should really stop doing stupid shit on social media, but it's a public idiocy enabler.
