Did anyone suggest otherwise? I'm just curious, not trying to attack you. Yup, there's been a few "WWE shouldn't be able to fire her over what she does/says in her spare time" kind of arguments. Some posters really don't get the "real world" quite yet. Thanks, I must have missed that. You'd think people would learn that WWE can release anyone at anytime. |

Some posters really don't get the "real world" quite yet. General rule is that if you work for a company you are always representing that company. Therefore, anything you do can/will reflect badly on that company. So if you do something extremely stupid (like posting Nazi pics) the company has every right to fire you. |

From my experience, just about any large company has a clause in your contract saying you can be fired for doing anything that could negatively effect the company. So if WWE has that clause (which I'm guessing they do) then they're well within their rights to get rid of her. Did anyone suggest otherwise? I'm just curious, not trying to attack you. There was a post about a page or so ago but I forgot to quote it and for some reason my reply didn't actually post until a few minutes later. Although to be fair, I had already left the page before it posted, so I probably f***ed it up. |

As an adult you actually have to be held accountable for your actions cause it'll affect your place of employment usually(besides not being a shitty person of course). |

Let's make something extremely clear right now: if you do anything in your private time that could potentially make you a liability to the company you work for, they will fire your ass before you can even make a non-apology on twitter.
So you could complain about how unfair it is or........you could just stop acting like an asshat in your personal time. Being a good person 24/7 is nowhere nearly as hard as you think it is.
