This was done on her personal time and should have no bearing on her professional life regardless of what it is. Unless there is a clause in her contract that says they can monitor her personal time. They actually do have morality clauses in their contracts that gives the WWE the option to release them should anything come to light that puts the company in a bad light. Exactly. I think a lot of people miss this. Freedom of speech protects you from government persecution. Private businesses do not have to tolerate a person's crazy opinions; especially if you are seen as a representative of the company such as Hulk Hogan or the Duck Dynasty guy. |

Being a good person 24/7 is nowhere nearly as hard as you think it is. FFS, you don't even have to do this. The wrestling industry is full of questionable people. If you're gonna be a dickhead, at least be smart enough to not post your dickhead stuff on social media where anybody and everybody can see it, lol. That's the funny part. She could have continued living her life of ignorance and still had a job in the WWE if she simply kept her opinions off social media. It isn't that hard. At least Hogan was taped when he wasn't aware of it, but in this case, the woman knew exactly what she was doing. |

When I was in college, I went to a few conferences/workshops which were basically telling you the dos and don'ts of getting hired/interviewed/etc. The one thing they always stressed was to get rid of any stuff on social media you didn't want your company seeing, because they will look at that stuff. And I'm guessing they keep saying that because there are still dumbasses that don't understand this. I mean, I was being told this five years ago, and this shit still seems to happen all the time.

So you could complain about how unfair it is or........you could just stop acting like an asshat in your personal time. Being a good person 24/7 is nowhere nearly as hard as you think it is. And it's not even about being a good person, it's about not being a shitty person. I don't think anyone is a saint, but I think most people in the public eye, at the very least, have some sort of filter. Very proud I was there Saturday night for her "debut" as Crowe's "little sister" at an NXT house show down here. How awful none of you will bear witness to her gimmick of shrieking as loud as possible into the mic behind the curtain to get everyone's attention. Scaring the shit out of people has been an untapped gimmick for quite some time. The entire crowd jumped. Sucks for Crowe but at least they're not giving up on him.
