I think she's alright, but I prefer Ivy by a considerable amount so the CONSTANT attention she gets is kind of grating.

I wasn't a big fan of her original costume, so I welcomed the change in Arkaham Asylum. My only problem is the over-saturation of her on the internet. Likely from people who didn't even watch TAS or read the comics.

I bought Preludes and Knock Knock Jokes to familiarize myself with her character before Harley Quinn-mania takes over once Suicide Squad comes out (no joke, there are going to be so many Harley Quinns on Halloween in NYC).
I was not impressed at all. Pretty boring read to be honest.

Wish granted... kinda.  I like extreme right Harley Meaning her position on the drawing. Not her political beliefs. That's her Assault on Arkham look isn't it? In fact unless I'm mistaken it goes BtaS/The Batman/Arkham Asylum/Arkham City/Harley Quinn's Revenge/Arkham Origins/Arkham Knight/New 52/Suicide Squad/her solo series/Injustice default/Injustice Insurgency outfit/Assault On Arkham. Am I right? |

Which brings me to my biggest sticking point: yeah, when I was a kid they definitely threw some innuendo into some of Harley's dialogue, but fort he most part she was more cute than blatantly sexual. Ummm  |

Did that bloody Heath Ledger version of the Joker have such a lasting impact that now all Batman villains have to be depressing caricatures of their original incarnations? Or is this just some lame attempt to see "cutting edge" and "controversial???" Try all of DC. Because of Heath Ledger and TDK, this is why we have the new, mostly joyless DCU, in comics and in the movies. Somehow The Flash TV show has successfully averted this. (Another era where the TV people should be controlling the other media...it's the '90s all over again!) But yeah, TDK Joker has taken Harley into Hot Topic Hell. Funny, as I think the same can be said for newer incarnations of Scooby-Doo. |
