OK, I admit that I know this through somebody else who has watched the Network but...
I was surprised to learn that the Nitro Girls debuted in July 1997 already. I thought all this time that they were introduced around the Russo rise into power to add some titillation. To learn that they actually came into existence two years before Russo...wow.

Russo hated the nitro girls and said they were a waste of money if they weren’t more involved with storylines as characters. When he shows up in October 99 the nitro girls are broken up and done within a few weeks.

The Rock had a bunch of themes in 1998. The original Nation of Domination theme, two versions of his Nation theme, the one he uses at Summerslam 1998, a fast paced his quieter one, an odd funk beat, and the one that would evolve into his most famous theme (Dun! Da Dun Dun Dun! Da Da Da Da Dun!!) The worst is the theme he uses once in the fall of 98 against Droz I believe

The Nitro Girls were there until the end of WCW, but their dance routines were moved to the commercial breaks of Nitro. Plus, most of the original ones had left the company by 2001. The blonde Russo tried to turn heel when he first arrived, AC Jazz, was released within weeks of that storyline.

They were broken up and done as a concept they were made characters and some left in fall of 99 when Russo came in then when Sullivan took back over in January 2000 they brought back the nitro girl concept with Chae being the only one from the original group.

What the hell did Rock vs Droz matter?

What the hell did Rock vs Droz matter? Rock was gradually turning face, Droz was the face that was secretly a heel, so Rocky can pick up a win to gain momentum to continue that, get the crowd to pop for his signature spots, Droz walks out on Hawk afterwards continuing that angle, terrible as it was.

Stevie Richards wore a shirt at November 2 Remember 1995 which read "RSPW SUCKS" or something like that.
Is this the first ever reference to us Internet marks?

What the hell did Rock vs Droz matter? There’s 2 things that I give Russo credit for 1)That he wasn’t like the yes men of Prichard, cornette, etc who were gonna sit back and watch the company die in 97 he spoke up and helped change things.2)He gave each character alittle bit of something it’s a lot better than what they currently do where a lot of characters don’t have much of a character and disappear for weeks or sometimes months only returning to do a job that doesn’t appeal to me and as a fan why would I care about these talents when the company clearly doesn’t care about them.

The Fantastics taught me that women won't bat an eye at you when you show up shirtless with normal pants. But wear a tuxedo like you were on your way to a Fred Astaire revue and the women will become pudding in your hands.

When Rick Rude debuted in 87 his finisher is The Canadian Backbreaker and he brushes his hair throughout the match they got rid of both of those things quickly.
Here’s an exchange between Gorilla & Dick Graham during Rude’s match with SD Jones Gorilla:Rude reminds me of a tv star you know who? Graham:Lassie? Gorilla:Ummm Nooooo I’m thinking more like Tom Selleck. Graham:Oh yeah.

The ICP and Luna have left the Oddities by this point and I think the Road Warriors have left but Droz is still rocking the LOD2000 attire.

At WrestleRock '86, Rod Trongard says (not a direct quote but pretty close), "Col. DeBeers believes in white supremacy and has no time for minorities" with the exact same tone and delivery he would use when saying, for example, "The Midnight Rockers are one of the most exciting teams in wrestling today."

I might be wrong here but at Royal Rumble 02 when Undertaker hits Maven with a chair, it seems like Undertaker actually uses a blade to open up Maven.
The camera changes to not being able to see both of them for about ten seconds or so while Undertaker is "punching" Maven and when the camera returns Maven is opened up.
Has this happened before? An opponent doing the blade job for a rookie? Assuming this is what happened.
