This Kevin Sullivan early 2000 era is so painfully dull it's making me miss Russo.Thank Jeebus that wwf is on fire at that time. I had no memory of El Dandy & Silver King managed by Miss Hancock or "The American Nightmare"Dustin Rhodes. You're not entertained by the Dog? Or David Flair feuding with the Wall?

Personal highlight of Great American Bash 1997: Bobby Heenan suggesting Madusa spend her retirement making ceramic cats.

Sadly No but who couldn't love Booker T losing his T and the rights to The Harlem Heat Theme and becoming just Booker using the leave it to beaver theme.

Been watching every Nitro since the nWo formed and I'm up to late 98 WCW and it is becoming hard to watch for me I can't even begin to imagine how worse it gets.....
Chucky & Rick Steiner. Judy Bagwell. Warrior. Hogan in general. It's just painful.

WWE over the years loves the term " Raped of their dignity" Used it when Andre the Giant had his head shaved, reused the term when Big Show had his head shaved, and JR used it when Goldust was doing his heel turn and said he raped Terri Runnels of her dignity in the interview.
As I slowly make my way to Wrestlemania 14 and I am at SUrvivor Series I have to say Austin is always great.

Bob Backlund used Diesel's real name during an interview on a 1994 episode of Raw. And Shawn Michaels, who was on commentary, jumped all over it.
"You know who he's talking about, right Vince? Right?"

Mankind got a surprising amount of offense in Kane's first match.

It's amazing how much Trish improved as a talker after watching her debut promo on Raw.

I enjoyed The Wall making absolute mincemeat out of David Flair and Crowbar on a nightly basis. Sometimes you just need a monster of a man to absolutely destroy an inferior wrestler who is the product of nepotism.

After an nWo beat down on Nitro, Piper starts speaking in tongues. Not sure if that lead to anything yet. It did, they had said on commentary that he was speaking Gaelic, not sure how true it is but it led to him returning in February of 97 to challenge Hogan at Superbrawl 7 in San Francisco. I have a vague memory on WCW Saturday Night (I think) they had some interview with an old couple that were talking about how the understood what Piper was saying and were translating the Gaelic. I don't think they had anything to do with wrestling they were just like some random people that were watching the show the week before (or at least that's what WCW said). My memory is foggy and I just remember it being odd back then when I was a kid.

When appearing on a Mid-South show in 1982, Dusty Rhodes got referred to as "Mr. Stardust" and "The Living Stardust".

The next week on Nitro Tony said that some fans called wcw and explained what he said and I believe he thanked them by name.

Watching a smackdown from April 2000 and Big Show is dressed as a pimp and he's making out with his real-life wife who is a ho.

How did he even become the Dog?
Also, while looking it up, is it true Sabu was supposed to have the role?
