That blog post was really well-written. For a wrestler to bring up kayfabe like that SHOULDN'T work, but it did.
I'm doubling-down on my theory that Donst is involved somehow. The way Condron talked about kayfabe is too close to karma.

It actually is a legit energy drink and it's entirely possible he was working for them in some capacity long before this, but seeing him again continues to set off warning bells in my mind. Maybe I'm overly paranoid, but Vin isn't exactly a harbinger of good things to come. |

The thing about Vin is that his character and Condron's character (and Donst's, and probably others I'm forgetting) are the same trope: angry nihilist slacker. I'd say it's about even odds that there's a connection vs. it's just a trope Quack likes.
