Days of Our Lives wins both for me.
Wacky as it was the Exorcist light, Marlena possession story was awesome. I wasn't around for the original run but binge watched on YouTube years later.
Though in the early stages, I'm having a blast with the current serial killer story, leading up to the fiftieth anniversary. It brought me back to the show after a multi year absence.

I watched the possession storyline when I was a kid with my sisters. Just about anything with Stefano Dimera is great, well in the 90s. It's iffy in the 2000s. I watched some uploaded videos of the 80s storylines with Steve and Kayla and Jack and Jennifer. Liked it a lot.

Yeah currently my soaps go:
1 Bold and the Beautiful
2 Days of Our Lives
3 General Hospital
4 Young and the Restless
B&B is just fun soap, DOOL has really turned things around since they got off of the JJ/Eve rollercoaster and stopped fixating on those elephant diamond poacher things. GH has always been good, it's just falling between the other two right now. And Y&R has its positives but there's been weird character assassination and strange plots recently that make it easy to place as my least favorite.

Daytime: Pura Sangre (novella) its soooo good.
Nighttime: Suleiman El Gran Sultan. It is a Turkish novella translated into Spanish. Its about Sultan Suleiman and the Ottoman Empire. Each episode is like watching a movie, and honestly, its obvious how much money was spent on the show. American novellas are nothing compared to this. I've never seen anything like it.

I've been into the Nicole/Eric/Daniel/Xander/Serena story on Days, cause I really like Arianne Zucker. Unfortunately it's ending up like the Daniel Bryan saga, that Nic can't get a break and DOOL won't give the fans the happy ending they want.
I guess Eve/Paige/JJ/et al too....again cause I like Kassie DePaiva. But she's leaving so we're going to see the end of that soon :-(

The Ted Orsini storyline on All My Children. Michael Knight played both Ted and Tad. One of my earliest memories, I thought they were play by real life twins and when I checked out the show a little later I was confused about where Ted was.

I haven't watched soaps regularly since I went to college in 2006...I used to watch Y&R and B&B with my Grandma after dinner (she taped them every day).
How many wives and deaths are Victor Newman up to now?

Only one I ever watched was Santa Barbara during my summer vacations as a kid. It was good from what I remember. Wish they'd put it on Netflix I'd love to watch it all the way through.
