Ohio State has suspended J.T. Barrett's scholarship for the remainder of the semester. Further punishment is at the discretion of Urban Meyer.

Personal opinion here.....the Duke-Miami game might be a situation where you need to take the win away from Miami and give it to Duke.

I just want to remind everybody that my Cyclones shut out Texas. Just wanted to remind everyone, that no matter how many games the refs were suspended, no matter how many apologies The ACC issues and no matter how much David Cutcliff whines, Miami still won that game and it ain't coming back. You can't spell The Return without The U. Deal with it twitterheads!

Of all the talking head stuff I've heard and read since Saturday, nobody has bothered to congratulate or praise the Mimai players who did a wonder by never quitting on the play. Yes I saw his knee was down too and it was a blown call, I don't agree with the elleged blocks in the back x4. But my point is the kids showed something good teams are made of.

Ohio State has suspended J.T. Barrett's scholarship for the remainder of the semester. Further punishment is at the discretion of Urban Meyer. That is a pretty stiff jab and I agree with it now that I've read some details. It's his summer aide that is suspended. They hit him in the pocketbook that is a huge lesson for not just him but all student athletes paying attention. one positive in his favor, he went to a team meeting and apologized to everyone at once and took total responsibility. He was not told to do so, he just knew what it meant and recognized the implications of his bust to the team. I admire his actions and Coach Meyer's decision.

No surprise here, but College Gameday will be in Tuscaloosa for LSU-Alabama.

How in the hell can you have ND over TCU or Michigan State MSU played and beat Michigan for a quality win TCU underachieved against the easy part of their schedule Notre Dame played nothing but Power five schools and it's only loss is to the #1 team Unrelated to my attempt to provide you an explaination, I must add my response to the CFB poll (the one that matters) vs the AP and USA today polls: hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha! Yup I agree 100% Clemson is undoubtably #1, Bama is pretty damn good despite its loss and as for LSU I'm fine with it. Ohio state? Ok fine. But if they underachievers Eve anymore I expect a drop

Don't agree with ND or Bama being that high with Baylor, TCU, and MSU still undefeated. Hell throw in Iowa too. And Memphis, they are undefeated and beat the team that beat Alabama. Not that I think it should be one loss and you're done, but man, being undefeated has to count for something at some point.

Bama/LSU will sort itself out a bit this weekend; particularly if LSU wins.

Disagree with Bama being in the Top 4 due to the fact that their one loss is not exactly a great one and even if they beat LSU, they still wouldn't be competing in the SEC Title Game as Ole Miss still has the same SEC record as them and has the tiebreaker.
But as others said, if LSU beats Bama (which I hope they do), that will sort itself out. And then I better not here Bama being put in the playoffs again this season.

I am actually happy none of the Big 12 teams are in playoffs Top 4 yet. All the best teams in the conference this year, Baylor, TCU, OK State, and OU have had some ass schedules up to this point with the best teams the four of them have played combined have been Tennessee and Minnesota. Basically they haven't really played anyone yet. Get better non-conference schedules and then you can make the initial Top 4 of the playoffs.
