90 percent of these Cavs 'Fans' at the parade were probably Laker fans just a few years ago. Weren't you a Cavs fan?

Personally, I think Indiana got the best part of it. People have been hard on Bird ever since he traded the draft rights of Kawhi Leonard to San Antonio (even though I always argue that it was Popovich's coaching that made him a superstar, which he wouldn't have had a chance in Indiana), and while Hill did play okay, especially for a hometown guy, he never really did work out. Jeff Teague is an upgrade, and hopefully with him gone from Atlanta, Phillips Arena won't be a house of horrors for us anymore. As for Utah, they get somebody, but it's probably not going to be enough to get them into the playoffs. The Central Division has really shifted today, and while Cleveland is going to be at the top, you might have to argue now who is the #2 team; the Pacers or the Bulls?

I see 2 small problems with Rose and Melo on the same team.
One, they will only play together for like 20 games today per year. Two, one basketball isn't going to be enough for these two guys. It's the same problem that would happen if Durant went to the Warriors.

Dwight Howard going to the Knicks is a train wreck that I NEED to see happen. Make it happen, Phil Jackson!

Rose only has a year left on his contract and the pieces the Knicks lost, outside of Jerian Grant (who I think has potential but was a victim of godawful coaching his first year from Fisher and Rambis), weren't exactly good on the Knicks. Calderon in particular was terrible. If Rose can stay healthy and meshes well with Porzingis and Melo, great. If he sucks or gets hurt, he's gone after the upcoming season. Makes me wonder what the Knicks have planned for Center. Move Porzingis to the 5 or try to sign Whiteside or Dwight? They have like $30 million in cap space with Affalo and Derek Williams going to UFA land. I'd much prefer Whiteside though. Dwight is cancer.

Not all that assed about losing Rose. He was a good servant for the team when he played but, he's too beat up to build a team around for the long run. It's time to rebuild and try something new.

New York continues to be garbage, but one day they're gonna get really good and it's gonna be completely undeserved. So I always take in their shittiness while it happens.

The Knicks paired up Derrick Rose and Carmelo Anthony. That sounds like a laughably bad duo. Can 2 teammates get into a fistfight over who gets to shoot the ball in the middle of a game? Find out next season as the New York Knicks present Melo and D-Rose on the same team.

The Bulls just got LeBron'd the same way everyone in the 90s got Jordan'd. That 2010-2011 Bulls team would have won the East in a runaway if LeBron weren't there. Just tough timing. Same with the Pacers. I feel bad for Paul George. I still find it kind of weird how the bad the Pacers chemistry was messed up when they traded an injured Danny Granger for Evan Turner. Like I remember they looked like world beaters then came back to earth after that trade.

Congrats to the Knicks. I'm sure Rose will be helpful in all 20 games he plays during the season. See the Rose thing is that he still kinda gets hurt but the bigger is that he f***ing sucks. The Bulls were considerably better the last few years when he was injured than when he was playing, and he completely ruined their flow this season. Calderon's not really a great player or anything, but he is a good decision maker who can shoot (even with his godawful defense). Jerian Grant has some degree of potential. Derrick Rose is just terrible.

Looks as if Nerlens Noel is heading to Boston in exchange for the third pick.

Thad Young is heading to the Pacers in exchange for the 20th pick. Larry Bird has been super busy this week

If the 76ers trade Noel, they're insane. I mean, they're already insane, but this would be straight up incompetent.

As a Nets fan, I'll miss Thaddeus Young but it's nice to get even one pick after the Celtics trade debacle.

Thad Young is heading to the Pacers in exchange for the 20th pick. Larry Bird has been super busy this week Brooklyn traded mostly to get rid of that cap glut they suddenly had when they were signing people left and right 4 years ago. The Pacers weren't going to get much done in the free agency, but Thaddeus Young should be a very nice piece for Indiana. Again, Cleveland owns the Central, but I think Indiana wants to make a legit push for not just #2 in the Central, but #2 in the East. Though, I was kind of hoping to see who they would have drafted anyway.

Really hoping Sacramento can do something that's consensusly regarded as "good" tonight... I have no idea who they're going to draft though. Mock's are all over the place.
Maybe a trade? Who knows... As long as they don't pull another Nic Stauskas out of their hat I'll be happy maybe.
