I once read an article in the paper about someone who did hit a moose while driving. As part of the article they called upon a "moose expert" for said, "the thing about moose is, they are big and brown"
Still sends my friend and I into fits of laughter at his expert analysis.

Good for you. I once hit a dear in my truck, one of those small Ford Rangers from the 90s, and it messed it up. I could only imagine what damage a moose could do.
