What a stupid thread. ISIS are not going to do shit. In my defence I made the thread just to let people know what Anonymous discovered. Will it happen? I'd say there's a pretty good chance that nothing will happen tomorrow night, but out of concern for any FAN members here who are going to the show tomorrow and/or stay in the Atlanta area I figured it was needed. It's most likely bullshit, but we shouldn't be complacent about it either. |

I gotta say, I'm very happy about the responses here. Even though it's something you can't take lightly, responding with humor can be one of the best ways to deal with it. Maybe Mel Brooks has it right that if we just laughed these creeps off instead of letting them draw such visceral responses from us, they would in fact fade out and go away.

I'm sure if somebody said just over a week ago that ISIS would shoot up a semi-obscure American rock band's concert in Paris people would have scoffed at it too. Yeah, this is most likely bullshit, but all potential threats have to be investigated on the off chance they might be legitimate. |

My attitude is quite simply... defiance. We of course should be cautious, but there is no reason - none - to be intimidated. Frankly, the minute these people start telling us how to live our lives, what we do, is when they win.
Tomorrow, everyone who has tickets should show up with signs, flags (American and French), ready to have a good time.
