A load of lads A very fun picture. People who complained about the bloated stables of the 90s need only look at how big Hart's Family could get during those years. The taller of the two Grapplers (the guys in the silver and black masks) is Len Denton, the Grappler who apocryphally took Jake Roberts' first DDT by accident. The shorter one is TL Hopper. The Assassins are not the original (Jody Hamilton); the guys behind the masks (Smith/Bass) were about 73% of all masked teams in the territory in that era. Similarly, Morrell and Myers were most of the giant monsters that would waltz through the territory (Myers was the Colossus of Death, though Morrell is often misattributed for it). Big guy in the back is Hillbilly Jim's Uncle Elmer. I've often wondered how Jimmy felt about Cornette being brought in. There was juuuust enough similarities in their gimmicks that I have to figure the thought of the younger Jimmy making him redundant had to have crossed his mind at some point. Graham and Cash, separately and together as the Blues Brothers, should really be better known today than they are. Neither were technical wizards, but they both had enough going, especially Cash's personality, that they should be. Ken Patera looked kinda badass back then.

Look how happy everybody is to be at what looks to be a prom, judging by the background.

Bret should've went all AJ Styles about his placement on that poster. Why isn't the Champ front and center?
Note: kayfabe only, not starting a Bret Hart political thing.

One thing I've always wondered. Why is it that when Savage and Warrior teamed, they were given Hulk Hogans color scheme? They could have been given any other color scheme and it would have worked just as well but they were given the red and yellow. Why? Was it a rib? Was it Vince's way of telling them he'd always prefer Hogan?

Makes them sound like the Ultimate Hulk Hogan fans.

Bulldog looks funny there. It's like he knows he isn't winning the WWF title, so he's gonna sit there and pout.

Such a disappointing time losing so many stars.
