This Cowboy season just won't die gracefully.
It is just being hilariously prolonged

Whoever wins the NFC east should be forced to spot their opponent 10 points in their first round playoff game

You know what would be funny, we get another NY Giants v Patriots SB... and the Giants win again.
Also I am surprised I haven't heard an NFC L-East pun yet.

Cowboys are so shitty they don't even know how to suck properly. Watch them get 1 game away from the playoffs so they have no hope of the postseason AND get mediocre draft picks.
As least shitty teams like the Browns get good draft picks to blow on shitty decisions.

As battered as the offensive line is, I think the coaching staff needs to consider running the ball a lot more, or even running a max protect. Houston and Miami are probably each going to abuse the pass rush as much as they can. New York might do the same. I honestly have no idea as far as Tennessee goes, because I hardly ever see them play, but there's no point in having Brady search fruitlessly for open receivers when he doesn't even have an offensive line to protect him. Gronk and Edelman being healthy won't do New England much good if Brady's out with an injury, so they should focus on keeping him safe and helping him recuperate from the weekly wear-and-tear by shoring up the pass blocking or minimizing the opportunities to blitz. I don't think the offensive line is necessarily bad, they've just been exposed because none of the receivers can get any separation or get open. Tom Brady has to hold onto the ball for three or more seconds because he can't find an open target because the receivers and tight ends on the field just aren't good enough at finding space. I'd be hard-pressed to find an offensive line in the NFL that can protect the quarterback for three or four seconds while he stands in the pocket waiting to find a receiver who isn't blanketed by a defender. That's where they really miss Rob Gronkowski and Julian Edelman. Gronkowski could command double- or triple-coverage, leaving a lot of open field around him for the other receivers, whereas Edelman was just so dynamic at running his routes and stopping on a dime that Brady could find him in two seconds or less. Even if the offensive line could do an amazing job at keeping Brady safe, there's still that nagging issue about missing a good team of receivers. And that's got a lot to do with why I think biting the bullet and running the ball is a better option. It might not help a whole lot with scoring points, but it limits the opportunities to get at the quarterback. That's also why I think that if passing, trying a max protect or something similar isn't a bad idea. That way they can play it safe until the offense is at full strength (or near full strength, at least).
