As the topic states, name some. I'll start by saying this.
Bayley/Stephanie - I refuse to watch this. I can imagine each and every week seeing Bayley get the absolute worst done to her character. We'll hear how Stephanie's better than Bayley in every single way and hell I don't even think Bayley will win the match. Stephanie will use Bayley's own finisher to pin her in the ring or something.

There's enough Cena vs Rollins out there to last a lifetime. You already know that they will revisit it some time down the line though.

Cena vs La Sombra, Kallisto, Harper, Joe, Taker, Owens (in gimmick matches this time), Zayn, Reigns, Strouman, Balor, Gable, Jordan all sound crazy as hell. Big Match John is aging like fine wine.

Going with some hot takes, but:
Brock Lesnar vs. Daniel Bryan- for a match that's become the trendiest "dream match" available- that match just would not end well, at all. Ignoring the question of booking, A guy who's got potential serious neck and elbow issues, and definite concussion issues facing off with a guy who's become popular with Suplex City, making the majority of his moveset "throw his opponent, on his head and neck, really really hard- then repeat"? Yeah.
Ronda Rousey/Stephanie McMahon- the biggest problem is it's the necessary match to get Stephanie her comeuppance...but even if it happens, it'd still be a problem- with how pro wrestling matches are longer than any MMA bout and both sides get a run, even if it succeeds, it's "Stephanie finally gets her comeuppance! She loses...and loses to a woman who, even if she just lost to Holly Holm, still guarantees that Stephanie McMahon, untrained executive and mother, looks like she's one of the five greatest female fighters on the face of the earth!...yeah, some comeuppance."

Where's that Sheamus/Del Rio image when you need it? Sadly, you know Vince has already started planning "The League of Nations EXPLODES!" feud.

Randy Orton vs John Cena.
Imagine a world, where in 2004/5, these two were positioned on the Smackdown vs RAW game marketing as something of a selling point. That was, at the time, a sort of dream-match between two up-and-comers who'd been kept well separate and would do so for another two years. Here, in this game, you could pit'em together and whatnot.
Now, a decade later, after 2 cells matches, an Iron Man, an 'I Quit', Tables match and a whole range of singles and multi-man roles, most often in a starring position on the card, this combination has been absolutely milked beyond all of its potential worth.

Kane vs Big Show
Although that one mat wrestling clinic they put on was hilarious. But that only worked because nobody saw it coming

You just booked an amazing angle. Of course, it'd be contingent on Bayley going over, but damn. If Bayley won, this would be amazing, especially at Mania.
On topic though.
Roman vs Del Rio - I haven't seen Alberto put on a match I truly enjoyed since he's come back, he hasn't shown any chemistry with anyone at all either. Roman's still in somewhat formative stages of his new top guy character and a match with the heatless wet blanket that Del Rio has come back as will be a disaster.

A lot of people seem to want Lesnar v Orton. I think I'm one of the few people who have absolutely no interest in seeing this happen.

Anything with Kane, Undertaker, Dudley Boyz, or anyone else still is the roster from the Attitude Era.

The only way I'd watch that match again is if it was a retirement one.
