Wait... is Matt's contract going to run out before they tape the end of the tournament? Because... I could totally see TNA doing that. See James Storm... TNA's counter offer was jobbing to Shera

Add this on to Matt saying that him and Jeff would love to close out their careers in the WWE instead of in TNA, and that means that we may as well have seen the last of Jeff in TNA, as well as TNA losing one of their few marketable stars.

Few? Jeff is their only guy who can draw at this point, and even his drawing ability has been eviscerated thanks to TNA.

To be fair, though still not speaking to TNA's intelligence in a complimentary way, that is likely the only way they could afford him to begin with, by granting him a lot of freedoms. That's the real reason why Jeff Hardy is still in TNA. They let him be Dumbass Jeff. Weird Dumbass Jeff. Yep. They've been letting him do his own thing since 2010, from art work, to music, to (unfortunately) drugs. Jeff has always seemed like the kind of guy who doesn't care about his place on the card or anything like that. Just pay him and let him be him, and he's happy. Otherwise I'm sure he would have been back to the WWE a while ago where he would have been given a hero's welcome. TNA has underutilized Jeff for years. He was a bigger signing than Hogan was in 2010, yet he played second fiddle to RVD initially, before finally being given the belt but as a heel. They had no idea that he was the prototype babyface they should have marketed around from the get go if they were going to ignore their existing younger (in TV years) talent. They just had no idea what they had.

Just let them both go TNA. We all know they will be in the WWE HOF sooner or later, and at this stage they are not worth the amount of money they cost for you.

And TNA proceeds to kill off what made him that.

For all the problems that TNA has had, from storylines, to nonpayment, to the way they treated their workers, their biggest problem in my opinion has always been their lack of marketing and promotion. Even when they had something good going on, no one outside of the Impact audience knew because it was never promoted. Jeff Hardy is the perfect example of TNA and their crap marketing.
