At the hotel I was literally 2 foot from Bayley. I can report the following: She is beautiful She got all shy when the other wrestlers were ribbing her about the chants She dresses like her character She has the most magnificent arse I've ever seen (sorry I'm human!) Baymella is real I was too shy to ask for a hug I am very jealous man wish I could have met some of the wrestlers. Well of course Bayley enjoyed the crowd they loved her! And rightly so. I can't remember the last show I went to where the crowd was so pro babyface. It was really great. Meeting them was a complete accident. They happened to be at our hotel. It was hilarious actually because we wandered in with our McDonald's take out and look over like "Bloody hell that's Samoa Joe!"

I'm sure Baron Corbin appreciated when they chanted "(unintelligiblemush) SHIT!" at him. Which was literally my only problem with them. Say the singing was respectable all you want (and I'd agree with you), but they were assholes during the Crews/Corbin match. Again I should stress that was my only problem with them. I'm not looking to get into a tiff over crowd reactions. I can't disagree with you. I was at the bar during that match (as were many) and when I got back my friend told me there were a few bad chants. I can't defend them but I imagine it's better the silence. It was the unofficial piss break. Odd considering London loved Apollo.

If nothing else, it eliminates the "it's disrespectful to the performers" thing.

Haha, I can just imagine the reaction if Bayley were to become a target for Adam Rose and his Rose Bush. I have zero doubt that Vince and Kevin Dunn will ruin it because they won't see her as marketable. I worry about this every time I watch her, I just fear for her being completely ruined on the main roster because a couple of sexist senior citizens don't know their audience. Bayley is SO important to WWE if they want to keep marketing to kids, specifically little girls. My daughter is 4, and she LOVES Bayley. Sure, she's got other wrestlers that she enjoys, but she just enjoys them as part of the show that she'll sort of pay attention to when I have it on. With Bayley, she loves watching her as much as she loves Doc McStuffins and Frozen. I asked her why she loved Bayley so much while we were watching Takeover the other day, and her response was simple, yet immediately made me understand how important Bayley's impact is on little girls. Her response to my question? "Because she's like me". In a world of alpha bitch characters wrestling in essentially glossy lingerie, here's this happy girl in a side ponytail with fun music and cartoon robots on her tights. Little boys have John Cena, the stone-jaw superhero in colorful gear and a catchy anthem, but little girls have no counterpart. Bayley is that character.

She's a slightly geeky, comic book reading, wrestling loving kinda girl and she wants to be Bayley. Watching her watch the Bayley/Jax match made me get far more into the show than anything else. She was quietly saying 'tap, tap, tap' every time Bayley had Jax in the choke. Totally freaked when it happened.

Bayley just is marketable. I'm 19 and I love her. She's a person you truly want to root for.
I reeeeeeally hope she isn't ruined on the main roster, but I fear she will be.

If a heel gets bad chants then the heel is doing his/her job properly. And Corbin was being a complete twat.

It's the UK, we chant rude stuff at everyone and everything. Always have, always will.

Yeah, I'm not a big fan of profanity laced chants. I'm not a pseudo moralistic type person, but there's kids there, come on.

She really just should've wrote "F*** you, Magica!" Me: Gee, I wonder what's happening on FAN today! "NXT's Bayley has been quoted as saying that FAN poster Magic can go f*** himself." Me:

I'm not a fan of the sweary chants but in fairness the only "bad" one I heard was "f*** em up Asuka f*** em up" but it was more an ECW crowd and I'm not lying I didn't see a single person under 18 in or around that building. The referees a wanker type chants I don't even count as swearing tbh

So, this settles the chant thing once and for all. Because if she didn't like the chanting she would be totally honest on twitter and tell those paying fans how much it annoyed her, right? Not as if her employer would look unfavorably upon that. I don't know or care if she enjoyed the sing-along but pointing to an official message is hardly a smoking gun of love.

Yeah I'm pretty sure if they hated it they wouldn't been singing the chants in the hotel at 3am. Bayley's shy expression as Big Cass serenaded her was adorable.

Then she'd say nothing about it. Being right isn't so important that you have to say something ridiculous. C'mon people. It's really not that hard. If you're not in the arena and the chants bother you, mute button. Anything you say, mute button. Anything you do, mute button. Now can we get back to talking about how Bayley is the greatest thing to ever happen in the history of our sport?
