In American sports, it's between the Cowboys and the New York Yankees. Both teams still manage to find their way onto nationally-televised or primetime games even if they're mediocre or worse and regardless of the level of star power on their rosters. Look at all the nationally-televised games that the Cowboys had despite Brandon Weeden, Matt Cassel, or Kellen Moore being under center. In the NBA, it's probably the Los Angeles Lakers, although I'll be interested to see if, and by how much, their national presence dips after Kobe Bryant retires at the end of the 2015-16 season. As good as D'Angelo Russell and Julius Randle could be, I can't envision them captivating a national audience for at least another two or three years.
