iPhone 4s wallpaper question

Yea, I know I'm behind the times, but I think everyone here that did or maybe still has one knows what this thread is about.

A couple of years ago, I did one of those glorious updates and afterwards there was no way I could find to adjust and resize a pic properly for wallpaper-it was like a useless bullshit function after the update and I've wondered ever since if there was ever any trick to fixing this or if I'm just missing something

You mean, how it won't resize and always snaps back to the original size? Yeah, I have no idea either. Wish I could help, but always had the same issue after that update too.
