I said it before in a thread about Judge Dreadd, if Rob Schnieder is the best thing in your movie, you've got a problem.

Ugh. That movie...
It went harder at being a "hey, let's just do some dumb shit and get some of my old SNL buddies paid" than any Sandler movie to date.
Yes, a projectile shitting Burro might well have been the high end of the comedic spectrum in that one.

Sandler was by far the weakest link in that movie. Taylor f***ing Lautner was more entertaining. I thought it was decent for a basically free movie on Netflix.

Between this and 1000 Ways to Die In The West, I wonder if "Should have just watched Blazing Saddles again" is going to be a mini-genre.
Next it's going to be DL Hughley and Damon Wayons in Soul Plains.

I think the closing credits stole the show in this movie, because it meant it was smurfing over.

My wife and I were about to watch this on Netflix, then decided it would probably be stupid. Should we check it out? Is it at least "stupid funny"?

1) blazing Saddles is quite overrated as in all brooks films.
2) 6 had some good moments. The creation of baseball in particular was very funny.
3) it was too long that's my only complaint.
Would watch again. Same with one million ways to die in the west, it was way better than anyone will ever give it credit for.

It's better than most of his recent movies but it's nowhere as good as his good comedies. It's free to watch I guess so why not. There is some good moments in the film that made me laugh like the invention of baseball or Harvey Kietel scenes or Taylor Lautner hanging scene.

I tried watching it. And it is as painfully unfunny as Jack and Jill or That's my boy.

I am intrigued by the idea of Vanilla Ice as Mark Twain, and will watch the inevitable YouTube compilation of his scenes in a few months, but for now even the reviews of this movie are too painful to get through. He's gotta step his game up now that his daughter is a pop star. He's got to step up his vaccine game more than anything.

Ya, it wouldn't have been worth actually paying to see but I thought it had enough moments that it was worth watching on Netflix. I liked Vanilla Ice and Blake Shelton in their cameos. Still wonder how Taylor Lautner ended-up in Sandler's posse.
