Limboland: Strange, short-lived sketch show that aired on Comedy Central. All the sketches were done in front of a white screen, with the bare minimum of props. Notable for one of the performers being future Simpsons writer Dana Gould. Incredibly obscure though (i cant find footage anywhere).

4 On The Floor: Featuring The Frantics, those were the guys most fondly remembered for the "Ed Gruberman/Tai Quan Leap/Boot To The Head" sketch and the "Reading of The Will/Boot To The Head Pt 2" sketch.
Also two of them went on to become regulars on the Red Green Show (Rick Green and Peter Wildman.)
Another fun fact about the show was that some of the early 80's computer graphics used in the series was done by a then young company by the name of Electronic Arts.

How about The Newz that was on Fox, I think. Only person I remember is Maestro Clarke. That was a Fox show? I thought that one was first-run syndicated. I remember a Fox affiliate in my area aired it, though.
