I just still can't get my head around little kids wanting their toys. What's the attraction? kids need a toy for their John Cena action figure to beat up on.

Bray's character needs a serious motivation. He has to stop being the storyline and become the focus of a storyline. What I mean is that 'Bray Wyatt' is like a video game event, he's something that happens to your character, he's not a character that something happens to. Man, this is so true. In fact, Bray Wyatt's really the early game antagonist, who is the guy that you think is going to be a big threat, but you shrug him off by the time the real villain is revealed. He's like that Latino crime boss from GTA V, where you believe the first part of the game will revolve around you ultimately having to do battle with him, but he is such a non-threat that by the time you're done with him, he's more scared of you than you are of him. The main issues with Bray are the fact that he's now the designated "Lack of Ideas Panic Button" where he'll be used to get the writers out of a plot hole and his motivation will be... reasons, and the fact that we now know his ceiling and room for potential, and as of now, he's maxed out. I honestly don't mind the "Douche Ex Machina" use of Bray because it at least guarantees that he'll always be in a pretty high spot on the card. I mean, the ECW geezers were the first midcard midcard feud that he's had in a while.

My biggest gripe with the Wyatts is that they never actually do anything. Like outside of a few group beatdowns (which every heel group does) what have they actually done? We always hear Michael Cole talk about how evil Bray is but never actually see him do anything evil.

I wouldn't go so far as to say his ring work is the worst in the company, but even back when he debuted, once the promo stopped and the match started, people cared a hell of a lot less. And it's all the same now.
And I think a lot of his matches have benefited from a "they're long, so they must not be bad" mentality. I can't think of even one flat out memorable Bray Wyatt match. I know it's just one guy and I know some think it's stupid to put stock into it, but how Dave Meltzer could have even given Cena/Wyatt LMS at Payback 2014 3 stars let alone 4 1/2 is mind-boggling to me. And I'm singling that out because that's everybody's go-to.
I'm not saying all his matches are bad, or even the majority of them are bad. But some people are quick to put Bray in the same category and say he's had as many great matches as Rollins, Lesnar, Cena, and Reigns have had, which is just unfathomable to me.

"Hehehe....deh have been LYIN' to yewwww.....heheh....dis world is MINE....hehehehe.....everything deh told yeww....was FALSE....hehehehe" - Every Bray Wyatt promo. Sounds like ur generic villain from the 70s and 80s.

As a cult leader, he's inferior to Raven. As a cult leader he's inferior to f***ing Steven Richards. The RTC in the 9 or so months they were around (a third of the time the Wyatts have been on TV, mind you): -Won titles -turned a babyface into a permanent heel -Changed characters -Had feuds entirely consistent with and based around their gimmick Its one thing to not live up to a group like the Horsemen or the nWo. Its something else to fall short of a stable created solely to mock the PTC.

Bray's an awesome talent. Not his fault WWE can't book for shit. He'd be everyone's favorite wrestler if he was somewhere like Lucha Underground where he would actually be allowed to be a threat and be true to his gimmick instead of the WWE insisting on keeping parity and the good guys on top so they never (nor we as fans) get the cathartic release of actually overcoming a threat. I mean, they got people to mark for f***ing El Mesias in blue pants. They've been booking him wrong from the jump. Don't even get me started on Harper, either. Such a waste.

Wyatt vs. Bryan at Royal Rumble Wyatt vs. Cena at Mania Wyatt vs. Cena Last Man Standing (didn't personally like this one but a lot of people did) Wyatt vs. Ambrose at TLC (dumb ending aside this was a damn good match) Wyatt vs. Reigns Hell in a Cell And that's without even getting into the various awesome tag matches he's been a part of.

I like Bray, he has world champion written all over him be it face or heel. I think Strowman has alot of potential. They just need the proper writing for the group. Have Bray continue to bring in new people added to the stable, or turn him face and "save the company from the authority". He could make a very cool baby face.
They just have nothing going for them. They come out say some nonsensical promo, no one ever joins the group.. Bray has a feud, gets beat and then jumps someone else. OR they stick them with 50 year olds who had their primes 15-20 years ago.
Best thing for Bray is give him a singles run at this point and ditch the group and tweak his character. Problem is, there really aren't many groups around anymore. Other than to have them turn face against the League of Non-Over Jobbers, and jump the authority

Rather than a cult leader, they may have been better off simply giving the Wyatts the gimmick of dirty southern rednecks who just want to fight.

I guess the frustrating thing for me regarding the Wyatts is that they have glimpses of awesome character development such as that weird-yet-great "Your soul is mine"/Mortal Kombat-esque promo or having those children wear sheep masks and sing to John Cena. They have these moments where the Wyatts could be a great supernatural stable, but then it never amounts to anything.
I don't know if WWE doesn't like how unrealistic it is compared to the boring "corporate wrestling" that they love to present, or if Vince forgot how to book a supernatural character, but it's so damn boring to watch the Wyatts do anything and that disappoints me.

He's been drawing nothing but flies since they had to feed him to Daniel Bryan. This was the sort of gimmick back in the 1980s that they would have fed it on the carcasses of some curtain-jerkers until they brought him face to face with someone higher up the card. Instead they blew the shot on an angle with the incoming face of WWE and painted him into a corner. Whether that was because the intent had been to push Bryan back down to the midcard (which backfired) or because of WWE's usual M.O. of introducing a monster heel to be taken down rather than a heel to be built up (which would have been preferable here), the result is a faction few take seriously and which has not had any real progression since its debut. The solution may be to rebuild their heat by some recruitment angle in which we get some further exposition about how the Family came to be and who this Sister Abigail was. What? He beat Bryan clean at the Rumble and was more over than ever the next month when the Wyatts beat The Shield. The biggest problem with it is that Bray is treated as a normal heel most of the time except he randomly interferes sometimes with people. His whole thing in FCW/NXT was that he lived in Chaos and wanted to throw everyone, heel and face, off their game and keep them unsettled. They haven't done that at all. He doesn't even need to be a cult leader, really, he just needs to create chaos.
