One off appearance? He seemed to suggest he was coming back, but I'm pretty sure he retired. Nice that JBL gave his school a mention, though.

I wouldn't mind him coming back full time. I've always enjoyed him and he would fit well in a non wrestling comic relief role.

He was around for years but I think my new first memory of him will be when he shilled that drink with Adam Rose, purely for Adam's miserable, humiliated face hiding behind a Moe from the Simpson's smile. "John Cheyna" always made me laugh, though.

Always enjoy seeing Santino. He has good timing, decent body charisma, and is seemingly willing to take complete nonsense and try to make it work.
The "Ah-ha! I have the Cobra!" move before the "You're going to beat me up anyway, huh?" shoulder slump got a legitimate chuckle out of me on Smackdown.

The 3 minutes a week Santino is given to be a goober is infinitely more entertaining than the 20 minutes Alberto Del Rio gets to be aggressive

I do have to say though, I enjoyed the Cobra a lot more when it was this elusive, mysterious, all-powerful move that he never actually got to hit. It's like anything you set up and then take the mystery out of, it's never as good once it's revealed.
Though I don't consider it any worse of a finisher than say, the Samoan Spike. You are essentially jabbing your fingers into someone's throat, after all.

I really enjoy Santino. I wish he would return as the GM. I rather have the worst of Santino's comedy for the next two and a half years than another week of The Authority.

I liked him when he was active but don't see any reason for him to be around if he's not wrestling. Like imo, if he's not wrestling and isn't being paired with an active wrestler, he's just taking up space. Like someone else could've booked to present the Slammys and used that as a vehicle to develop their own character.

I really like Santino, I enjoyed him as one half of Glamarella, I dislike that they split that up because I felt it worked. His rap to Akon was one the funniest things but I don't see him coming back, and really, I don't mind that because I don't feel there's any place for him right now.

Santino's neck is messed up, he needs to stay retired before he makes a bad problem worse.

I really disliked Santino and never found him funny. He was the living embodiment of crap WWE comedy.
"Have you tried the pepsi machine?"
Hilarious Santino. And that's considered to be one of his best lines.

Spare me from another round of Lawler shrieking "AAH! SAN-TEE-NOE!" every time he does something "hilarious".
