- No NFL franchise will relocate to Los Angeles in 2016. However, news will break in 2016 of the Chargers' departure from San Diego to the City of Angels for the start of the 2017 season.

- The Chicago Cubs end 107 years of frustration and win the World Series.

- Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce, Alex Rodriguez, Ichiro, Peyton Manning, and Adam Vinatieri will be among the biggest names to retire at the end of their 2016 seasons. Tim Duncan announces in 2016 that 2017 will be his final season playing professional basketball.

I'm just gonna do predictions for my teams. I'll probably be very wrong on all of them.

- The Atlanta Braves will be atrocious (Not exactly a far-fetched prediction, I know!). Fredi Gonzalez will be fired at the end of the season (Finally) and they will make a huge hire going into their new ballpark in 2017.
- Auburn wins 6 games. Gus Malzhan is fired.

- CM Punk never steps foot in an octagon.

And a bold prediction...

- The 2016 season will be Nick Saban's last at Alabama. He either retires or moves on to another team.
