So Wednesday night, when I was out in Chicago visiting my sister for Christmas, she got tickets for the Lion King Musical. I was pretty excited, as I heard great things about this about this musical.
I was not disappointed in the least bit. Everything was amazing. The acting, the singing, the colors, the music, everything. I can see why it's the No. 1 Broadway Musical in history.
And I've had the songs stuck in my head since then.
So, if you've seen it, appreciate it! Tell your favorite parts of the musical.

I haven't seen it, but saw Book of Mormon and loved it, so maybe I ought to try more musicals.

Seems like a phenomenally talented cast (track down their impromptu performance/duel with the cast of Aladdin when a flight was delayed), but while working in the Disney Store their rendition of The Circle Of Life was on the in-store DVDs every month, so I heard it 5+ times a day every day for a year, which made me dread it after a while.

I saw it a long time ago.
Wasn't really memorable, I'll stick with the movie.

Better than the film. Seen the West End version twice and had a great time both viewings. When they took a knock against Frozen, there was practically a standing ovation.

They did have Zazu sing "Let it Go" instead of "It's a Small World" at the one I went to on Wednesday. It was funny, because I could see Scar hating that song as well.

Grandmother took me for my 21st birthday in NYC, front row tickets. Wonderful experience.

Did the same when I saw it (fantastic visual show BTW). Bottom line...the whole Zazu singing that "It's a small world" song was always an inside joke by the filmmakers as they knew that song is annoying at the ride in Disney World.

I didn't really understand them changing Timon and Pumbaa doing the Charleston instead of the Hula. Thought that was way funnier. But that's just me.

I got to see it last Summer. Phenomenal show, and easily the best stage performance I've seen.
