- Hernandez has threatened legal action against Lucha Underground after he lost his job with TNA. Hernandez has reportedly made a claim against Lucha Underground about an unsafe working environment. The issues with Hernandez, TNA and Lucha Underground began this past summer. Lucha finally officially announced his release in September. As noted, Hernandez began working for TNA and reportedly told them he already had his LU release. It was discovered that he did not have his release and TNA was forced to part ways with him. They were also forced to edit all footage of Hernandez that was recorded while he was under contract to LU. www.wrestlinginc.com/wi/news/2015/1227/606132/wrestler-threatens-lucha-underground-with-legal-action/Hernandez of all people claiming anyone but himself is unsafe is hilarious. Even the irony is thick with irony! I kinda hope it goes to trial, and that Hernandez has to demostrate that his workstyle is safe, and he ends up crippling a juror giving him a Border Toss.

Why do I have the feeling he is going to use the Believers' Backlash match as his proof? I hope the judge has a laugh track ready as I fear his voice won't hold out on its own. Dude, did you even see the giant welt on his forehead?! No way you can fake that! (they totally faked that)

If there was ever someone that was the definition of "not worth all the trouble" it would be Hernandez.

Hernandez is an anagram for A nerd'z hen. I'm not quite sure where I'm going with that, but he has chickenshit for brains, no? Also: Darn, he zen.

so he's suing them because he violated his contract? how does that make any sense? please tell me he's representing himself. Lawyer to the people, Scott Steiner, is representing Hernandez.

I can't take Hernandez side, he seems like a piece of shit. Steve Corino told a story that when Hernandez was younger that he used to brag about his paycheck to the lockerroom. I remember when Dixie wanted to push him as a Mexican hero, but when they went to Mexico to work with AAA, Hernandez was exposed, he didn't knew how to speak Spanish. Holy shit, is that real? He didn't know how to speak Spanish with his entire gimmick being "Look how f***ing Mexican I am"?

If anyone should be suing anyone in all this, it should be MVP suing TNA for wrongful termination. They fired him? I thought he just walked because he was pissed off about the whole situation.

It later came out that he apparently took the heat for the Hernandez situation, due to having suggested they go and rehire him. No punishment for the people whose job it is to make sure they're allowed to actually hire anybody, but just the guy who suggested it.

Apparently he wasn't happy that he'd shot a month of TV that wasn't going to be aired and was reportedly considering leaving, but before he could make that decision, they shitcanned him for it. Because TNA is built upon the scapegoating of people who did nothing wrong.

It's true he doesn't speak Spanish, but they did a gimmick where he refused to speak Spanish had an interpreter. It seemed to work out for both him and AAA and he stuck around longer than was planned. I think he was making more money in Mexico than he was in TNA.

The thing about this whole scenario is that Ditzy's bootlicker, Gaburick was in charge of going over contracts and checking to make sure it was legal and okay for him to appear after he left LU, instead not once did he do his job which is handling talent relations or even bother to check with LU about Hernandez. And instead, MVP is made into a Scapegoat and fired whilst that piece of filth got off scot free for letting what happened which killed the BDC angle. But hey like the guy he learned from, Beaver Face himself, kiss enough ass and be a big enough sycophant and you'll have a job for life. Isn't he the same idiot that forgot to check if half the talent were licensed to wrestle in Texas or something?

Even referees & ring girls make more in Mexico than in TNA.
