Tim Hortons loves to brag about being Canadas national resteraunt by doesn't serve Canadas national meal. It's embarrassing. Granted if any resteraunt could screw up poutine it would be Tim Hortons

They'd have to start serving fries.

They'd have to start serving fries. I was just about to say that. Plus it id a coffee place. It's not like Starbucks serves fries.

Uhh..probably because they serve breakfast sandwiches and coffee?
At least the one I found in Maine does. It's a combination Timmys/Cold Stone though.

I could repeat that they don't make fries, but that's pretty much that.
Speaking about Tim's, I'm hooked on their Thai Chicken soup.

because it takes 10 minutes to get one donut that was made 6 hours ago!!! Poutine would add days to the waiting list.

Poutine would probably totally be a thing here if it had a different name. I guess we already have cheese fries and some other relatively similar foods, but I think curds are relatively rare outside of certain states to see on menus, so if we did do poutine, it'd just be melted cheddar or something.

I think you guys have Disco Fries, which is just cheese and gravy and fries, which isn't poutine, but some wags insist they are.

Granted if any resteraunt could screw up poutine it would be Tim Hortons To be more Canadian, Tim Hortons should offer poutine, Kraft dinner, and grossly overpriced wifi access (Thanks for nothing, Rogers / Bell / Telus!). The one thing they relentlessly promote that is distinctly Canadian is maple syrup.

That hasn't stopped them from serving lasagna (which kicked ass), potato chips (pretty good), etc. It's only a matter of time before they get poutine on there.

Is it still possible to order a "Priestly" at Tim Horton's?

Yeah, we got Disco Fries, but I think that's mostly a New Jersey thing, though you do see it in parts of NY and PA, too. It's melted mozzarella and gravy on fries and it's delicious. But yeah, it's not poutine because it doesn't use curds.
