Even though I do remember getting a few chuckles out of it at the time, this is one of those "what was the point?" kind of moments, looking back. I'm referring to that period where the NWO had reunited-but the black and white guys had clearly become the JOB squad of the faction. And Disco Inferno, after months of running around claiming to be a member of the red and white group, was suddenly content to hang around with the black and white guys all the time. I also remember them doing an angle where Hogan announced the leader of the black and white group would be determined by a battle royal-and thinking it would end up being Disco Inferno. Except the battle royal ended up consisting of just three or four guys, which was about the whole of the black and white faction by that time. I believe the new leader ended up being Stevie Ray, who's stint as boss lasted no more than month or two before the black and white faction officially ceased to exist.

laziness in the writing.
Why create something new for all these guys when we can just slap the nWo brand on them?

All I can remember is wannabe-Wolfpac Disco followed Kevin Nash around like a puppy dog trying to get accepted by the cool kids. Meanwhile, he made his 'Oil of Olay' music video and was feuding with Konnan, who was still in the nWo black & red at the time?!?

laziness in the writing. Why create something new for all these guys when we can just slap the nWo brand on them? Too be fair, NWO B team members weren't setting the crowd on fire. They were just the Red Shirts to the bigger NWO guys. The fight for the leadership of the B team is more than a lot of those would got without the NWO branding.

I think it was just supposed to be comedy, and it kinda worked. I mean for all the crap revolving around the nWo, I remember him trying to get in WAY more than 90% of the actual members of the nWo
