Out of those three, the person with the best chance to have a great year in 2016 is Okada. Because he's in the position for it.
But that's IF he beats Tanahashi.
If he doesn't, then it will be Lethal.

The Greatest First Generation Wrestler of All Time, this generation's Ric Flair, Jay Motherf***ing Lethal. He could have the ROH title for all of 2016. He's my favorite wrestler right now in any company.

Lethal's status is currently unknown with ROH. His deal is apparently set to expire soon. So I would be hesitant to be optimistic about his future there. Not until he's locked up for certain.
Roman, it's still too early to say. Alot can happen in a year.
So I'd say Okada because barring some inexplicable tragedy, I don't expect anything to derail him anytime soon.

I gotta say it again, him losing to Tanahashi in Wrestle Kingdom will be that derail. I don't think NJPW is going to do it, Tanahashi has to fall this time, but if New Japan wants to make another Goto, having Tana win in WK10 will do it.

I got to with Jay Lethal. It took him a while but he is one of the most complete wrestlers in wrestling today. While Okada and Roman will have a better year next year. But Jay is entering his peak and he's just 30.

From the way people that follow NJPW talk, they are almost in the same spot WWE is with everyone being stale, injured or crushed by booking. Okada should have a great year with the growth they've made worldwide but it remains to be seen what he'll be doing in 2016. Lethal, well Magic knows Black Lives Matter nailed it with him. The big issue is does he stick with ROH or take the "big" money from NXT? Either way, he is posed to become the next big star in 2016. Roman, he has the world at his feet but not much to stand opposite. Without WWE giving him some strong heels, he could easily fall into the same traps Cena did early, just with far more pressure on his shoulders.

Roman is eh, and The Rainmaker annoys me. Jay Lethal's kinda awesome overall.
