Figured what with him being part of the famed Anoa'i Family as well as a former WWE wrestler he'd at least be above the really small time indies.
However, that is all he gets now outside of some tours of Puerto Rico and one House of Hardcore match.
I remember before he came to the WWE, Afa Jr. had a little hype as an indie worker. Or maybe him being on the WXW roster as unsackable in EWR just makes him stand out to me.
As for his WWE runs I thought he kind of stunk in Legacy. At least he didn't do anything to stick out at all. However, The Usos didn't set the world on fire either when they were new and they much improved. Maybe Afa Jr. picked up too many bad habits on the indies (the dude has been wrestling forever) and WWE figured it would be too tough to retrain him. Or maybe it was his less than impressive physique at least in terms of what WWE typically likes.

Easily the worst wrestler I've seen from that family. And I haven't seen all of them, granted, but he was easily the worst.

To be a member of that family and to be cut like he was, he must have had some kind of attitude problem. Doesn't really make much sense otherwise because even if he wasn't very good, you would think they would send him back to developmental like they've done with several others.

He wasn't much good from what I can recall but then again I don't think he really got much of a shot besides being the bag carrier for Rhodes and Dibiase

He stood out as particularly bland and worthless in a stable that included Randy Orton, Ted Dibiase jr. and early mute noncharacter Cody Rhodes. Not only was he shit, he was outstandinly shitty.

I think I remember hearing that Manu's attitude was why he was canned so quickly. I don't recall ever seeing him wrestle so I can't say much on his in-ring ability, but bad attitudes is always career poison in WWE.

When he was younger, Manu was a highflyer and much smaller. Then he got fat. And his skills took a big step back. Manu isn't terrible. Just bland and unremarkable in every way.

I like to think when he's at a store and the cashier asks if he would like a receipt, he flinches and thinks Undertaker's gonna pop out of nowhere and clock him in the face.

You know you're something special when you're the weakest link in a stable with SIM SNUKA.

He's averaging 10/3/3, not too bad for a 38 year old shooting guard.

I remember him and Sim Snuka standing out like a sore thumb in Legacy.
You had three good looking, well-built, young guys in their 20s and then 40 year Sin Snuka looking like someone's Uncle going through a mid-life crisis and dressing like they did when they were 17 and then fat, greasy Manu.
