That Chuck text to Trent was part of a series of tweets about how Chuck's Twitter malfunctioned and he was randomly following a bunch of bots. He deleted the other tweets. The TNA and EVOLVE stuff happened weeks after Chuck's tweets about being fired and looking for a trainer job in Philadelphia. These Naylor tweets suggest it had something to do with Johnny Kidd: At first I thought Quack storming out in anger after the Kidd Match was storyline but now it kinda seems like it wasn't? I don't know. Kidd having more matches after the fact seems to indicate a sort of a kick to the Quackenballs for how much he built that this was Johnny's big sendoff and suddenly it isn't. I don't know if THAT has to do with Chuck Taylor or not, but I imagine Quack is just pissed in general.
But as I said before, this may be bigger than Hero if Chuck is done with CHIKARA over shitty circumstances. CHIKARA's building up a reputation of people leaving the company under apparently shitty circumstances (Hero, Tuck Hanson (Original Vokoder, never competed), Dan Champion (Original Orbit Adventure Ant, never competed), Saturyne, Hieracon...), and those are the ones I've heard about, then there's others like Sugar Dunkerton that make me wonder because of that... |

Considering all the pattynes that exist in the wrestling business, its hard to know if these stories are the truth or if are just people wanting to shit on the promotion
So i will take it with a grain of salt untill i hear chuck itself say he is done with chikara

OK can someone explain this Chuck Taylor thing and what on earth it has to do with Johnny Kidd? I honestly want to know myself.
With how Kidd is still wrestling it almost sounds like Quack wanted Kidd to retire and have him be his final opponent and Chuck Taylor disagreed with it. That's just one theory on it, I'm probably wrong. But if Quack is pissed with Taylor and it has to do with Kidd, it has to have something to do with their match. Maybe he's pissed that Quack sort of self inserted this storyline in CHIKARA when it wouldn't mean anything, when he's been trying to do a storyline with Chuck Taylor TM for half a year and it hasn't even made it past the encore match of the shows pretty much.
Maybe the Kidd vs Quack match wasn't supposed to be a draw... idk, Quack looked so uncharacteristically pissed when that match ended... this is the kinda stuff that happens with CHIKARA when nothings explained, your mind runs wild with possibilities... |
