You may think that but check the actual RAW Thread where dozens of people are calling it one of the worst RAW's they've ever seen... Actually, I was following the RAW thread live and it was no different than most weeks, from what I usually read on break from class. People were generally joking around and having fun with the show and Vince's mugshot. You were most actively calling it the worst show from an early point in the show, using all caps for the tiniest of things and amplifying them with bursts of hyperbole. You cried about the crowd no-selling Cena (they didn't) and complained when someone said the crowd was lively (they were). No, it was far from a classic 1997 RAW, but to call it the worst of the year only adds it to the list of 34 other shows in 2015 you've called the worst of the year. At some point, it becomes hard to take these claims seriously when a relatively harmless show is demonized in a self-fulling prophecy of calling it terrible without giving anything a chance. These types of posts are exactly what people mean when they say WWE Current has gone down the tubes in negativity. There's room for not liking stuff, but to proclaim every other show the worst of all time is a bit much. I'll leave it at this. Show wasn't great, wasn't horrible. It was a RAW. I've been at CSULB every Monday night focusing on more important things, so this was my first week back watching the show and I'm far from offended from this televised wrestling show that I'm a fan of. Could have been more, but with a decent to good main event, a passable diva's match and a cool Owens/Ambrose angle, I'm not feeling the least bit miffed by spending 2 hours and change watching the show. I'm sorry you feel this way, dude. First off, I never once said people weren't having fun in the thread, especially with Vince's Mugshot, they were, RAW Threads usually help in getting through a plodding show and that's because of the great users on this board.
Secondly, yes I've called RAW's bad all year, shouldn't that tell you something? A lot of RAW's HAVE been bad! You don't have to agree with me, but Im just pointing them out as I see them, and the RAW's I have pointed out to me were particularly horrible this year. I call shit like I see it man, agree or disagree, whatever. Has every RAW been bad? No. Not everything from WWE has been bad either! When it is though, I'll say if it is to me.
I gave the show plenty of a chance and I always give RAW's a chance. When they open up with shit segments and continue that momentum through the show it's hard to say anything different from my opinionated stance. And it's ALWAYS been opinionated about it. I didn't think the Crowd sounded loud for Cena, and I was talking about when he hit the ring and they DECIDED to point that out. The ramp was different. Saying I was crying about it is kind of a dick move, I was just pointing it out. I overblow shit I'll give you that but to say I was the only one stating this was a bad show is ridiculous.
So all in all, whatever, if you enjoyed it, fine, but I'll defend what I think, I am not about to lay down with my opinion and say I was wrong. As I said, I call shit like I see it, sorry if it annoys you or anyone else. Im not trying to start fights or bring people down, I'm just being me and stating how I feel about it, that's all.

Axel, Sandow, Fandango and Los Matadores SHOULD be used more. I'm just saying that had there not been a house show on the same night, then they would've tried to shove the likes of Kane, Ziggler, Wyatt Family etc. onto RAW in some fashion and we likely wouldn't have gotten Ryder or Slater on RAW. I think that the bigger names should be saved for special shows while the mid card and lower guys are the ones who hold down the TV shows. Was wondering what was up with the roster tonight. Who worked the house show? Ziggler vs Breeze Sandow & Axel vs. Matadores Fandango vs. Bo Harper, Rowan, and Strowman vs. Dreamer & Dudleys Titus vs. Stardust Charlotte vs. Paige Bray Wyatt vs. Kane

I wrote it as I saw it, if you saw it a different way, fine. At least someone was entertained even if I don't see how...
And The Police were dumb in my opinion. So what they didn't arrest Roman? They still looked dumb by essentially taking the entire segment away from Roman...
That makes zero sense. Zero. The "police" were there to write out Vince for the rest of the show, not to showcase Roman. They did what they were going for just fine. The segment itself was still shit to me. And it was punctuated by Stephanie screaming the entire time, I get its supposed to be her character and all but I just cant stand her.
I just found the Police Annoying, and I know I wasnt the only one. There were plenty people before me calling that segment shit...

I liked the main event and the Cena-Del Rio promo, and Vince made me laugh a lot. Kinda zoned out for most of the rest. Oh yeah and Renee was cute. I dunno, the show is 3 hours long so when it gets boring I just do other stuff

Good for you, I think you all are wrong and looking for things to hate rather than take in a show and come as may. We both know this. That has been WWE Current for a long time, this place is hell because of that and no amount of "Well but..." or "You know..." will change my mind. Every week we have this dance. It's old. I'm done for this week.

They got back into it when Cena hyped them up, but before that boy were they dead, so much so people were tweeting Fans who had fallen asleep... People were tweeting fans or person was tweeting fan? They seemed pretty up and down the whole show but I heard fans making fan noises throughout. I don't think this show is the disaster that you say it is. The bigger Fan Pops of the night were probably
Romans Entrance
Sasha
Zack Ryder (New York and All)
And the Main Event
Not saying the crowd was dead the entire time but a good portion of the time they just seemed out of it. Sorry if I heard them wrong.

That was not anywhere near the worst Raw of the year, haha. It was just a bad show for the reasons that Raw is almost always bad. Nothing more, it wasn't an all-time horrible show.
I still maintain that Raw where Ziggler, Rowan, and Ryback got suspended was way worse since that actually did long-term damage to those guys.

Every RAW is the worst in your eyes. No, they aren't
I point out when I like a RAW, and have. These past few weeks have not been good and it all just cumulated in this weeks
You know a ton of people depict me as someone who is constantly negative but I point out positives when they're there
Key statement, when they're there.
Its like I've said before to you man. It loses luster when you make several different threads about RAW being the worst episode ever. Yeah, of couse you may have stated when you've liked something here and there. But you (and certain other posters who will remain nameless because I honestly don't want to start another board war like we basically had two years ago) only concentrate the threads you make about anything and everything wrong with RAW. And regardless of whether you may have made a few positive threads or even whether those episodes of RAW have been that bad it still gets to be a little bit annoying as well as played out when you constantly state something numerous different times. Has RAW been perfect this year? Of course not. There are plenty of bad RAWs I didn't like myself this year. But there are other ways to handle RAW. Just a few years ago when I was lurking this board RAW wasn't much to write home about then either. But this board was far more tolerable and relaxed. What helped was that there were plenty of great joke threads about silly things going in WWE as well as the various board memes. And the negative threads there were didn't have the vitriolic slant that these threads do. Personally, I think Madlibs has the best approach about this year's RAW: just take the bad parts of RAW and make creative pics or GIFs from them. It would certainly help lighten the overall mood of this board, which is sorely needed.

I think you're overreacting more than a tad. Show wasn't anything to write home about, but it was far from 'worst show ever' status. You may think that but check the actual RAW Thread where dozens of people are calling it one of the worst RAW's they've ever seen... They say that every week.

All I'm saying is that if you're gonna come around here and start flailing your arms and saying worst Raw ever you gotta provide a stronger case. You're fudging the numbers and losing cred, you gotta be more scientific than this. Fans weren't having any of it, except for the stuff they were enjoying. People were tweeting fans sleeping (one person tweeted an image of a single person taking a snooze, could've been a disinterested Dad for all we know, I know guys who sleep through anything). WWE have had shows this year with near riotous levels of venomous disapproval from audiences there is no way this show comes even close to that.

Look, as I've stated before, if I come off as negative, or annoying, or etc. I am truly sorry. I just state what I feel, whether right or wrong, and I truly don't mind being called out on it.
Believe it or not I really do love this place and all who inhabit it, and whether I come off as someone who is liked around here or negative and hated by people and wouldn't be missed if they just left the board entirely is another story because frankly I don't know. I know I am a frequent poster, I know I post plenty of negative, but I like being positive. And I like joking about shit more than being negative. I just cant help but be negative if the company gives me a reason to legitimately call them out in my eyes, and the RAW's this year have been that for the most part.
So sorry if I am a part of this stigma that is ruining the boards, because it really isn't my intention... and never has been.

I probably overreacted on the fan stuff, but if that was the case then I'm sorry if it annoyed people. I just thought at some points they really didn't sound into the show so if Im wrong that's on me and Ill accept it, no big deal.

I don't get the hate watch aspect that seems to have popped up and I think it has dragged down WWE current. It is not just you, please don't think I am picking on you because I am not trying to, there are a bunch that pop in and makes cutesy hate filled comments and run, to your credit, you give your opinion and defend it which I guess is what got me disagreeing like this. I'd much rather see people back up their opinions like you do, than run from it. I do know I said I was done but I want to clear that up a bit.

Seriously though, while I didn't like the show, I would never call it the worst of the year. Especially when there was that horrible episode in March that had the amazing combo of Sting's fake voice, Undertaker's Johnny Cash lyric communication, and the show going like 15 minutes overtime for Randy Orton lethargically beating up Rollins. Of lord, I blocked those out...
Or maybe I just watched enough NXT that I forgot about them
Either way, yeesh...

I don't hate watch personally, I watch for the guys I like and I do legitimately hope that RAW is good and it can be! But then there are points where it just doesn't work. I thought that was tonight, but Im sure there was worse this year and there was as the lovelies Magic and Madlibs have pointed out to me. I'm an in the moment typa guy yknow? Maybe that comes off bad sometimes but hey I'm just being me, at least I own up to it.
Peace between worlds, Ric.

Seriously, we've got to get this board back to how it used to be. People have the right idea with Vince's "HAPPY NEW YEAR!" thing all over this thread, but where are scores of joke threads we used to have? Where's the creativity?
