...commentary mention nothing about it.
Sasha had a handful of tights.
Not the first example of an obvious part of the story just not being mentioned at all.

JBL doesn't give a f*** about getting others over.
Though apparently, according to some around here, he's the greatest heel commentator EVER.

He's not that anymore. That old JBL managed to get Miz over by ripping him to shreds as much as possible. This one would just not care and rip someone to shreds while his commentating partners laughed or stayed silent.

I've learned to tune the goof troop out so I don't even really get mad about it anymore.

Commentary putting over the talent is so passé.

I guess maybe given the f***ton of other cheating Team BAD had to do, and Becky still got out of Sasha's finisher, maybe they didn't deem it worth mentioning. That said, it's still inept commentary.

Thought the same thing. It was so very blatantly shown that I figured the announcers would throw a mini fit or tie it in to the Charlotte interference the last few weeks, but nope. Though to be fair, there was a little hesitation where it sounded like Cole or Byron were about to mention it but just didn't. So odd.

Go check out the last thread about JBL's apparent commentating prowess.
Apparently, JBL sucked in 2006 and 2007. It's when he came back that he became the greatest heel commentator.

It's fake. The commentators tell you that, the performers tell you that, and the fans act like it most of the time. It's unfortunate but psychology and storytelling in wrestling died a long time ago. High spots, false finishes, and watching for "the art form" rather than the stories are pretty much what wrestling is today.

Sasha/Becky from last night was a genuinely good followup to their Takeover match, considered the better match to Sasha/Bayley's series on a technical standpoint, in Sasha's return to Brooklyn, the site of the anointed best match ever and a place that wanted Sasha to be a star based on the last match in Brooklyn. So naturally, the crowd chants "BORING" to it.

When you have someone in your ear constantly giving you talking points instead of just using the system to give you cues to wrap up the match or whatever, you're going to get a commentator who's not focused on the match.

Much like the booking, the commentary does a major disservice to the product. Which somehow isn't the case in NXT (ok, arguable when it comes to commentary).

Yeah, most of the match seemed to be going in slow motion.
