Not for eliminations in one Rumble, which is now Roman's (of course), but if I'm not mistaken Kane holds the most eliminations out of anyone overall. I think it was HBK at one point but now thanks to last years it's now Kane.
Is that right? And chances are if he's in this year he might add more to that total. And is anyone on the current roster close to beating it?

Kane has 43 eliminations. The closest to beating Kane's record is HBK with 39 eliminations. The closest "active" wrestler is Taker with 35.

I love how Kane is so high up on so many all-time lists just from his longevity of being a pretty big star. He's had a great career. I think that all-time Rumble eliminations record would be a pretty cool one for him.

Big Show has 30, HHH has 28, Hogan has 27 (that number's not moving anytime soon), Cena has 22, Orton has 19, and Reigns is tied at 18 with CM Punk (another number thats not moving anytime soon).

I could see it going to Big Show. They do love their "IMMA GIANT RAAAAAAH" bits in the Rumble where he lobs people out. He sticks around for a few more years, and we'll probably get it.

I didn't realize Kane had such a, realistically, unlikely to be touched record. Good for him. Wouldn't even be opposed to him getting a few in this upcoming one, it's not like half the roster isn't injured.

Roman Reigns.
He's only been in 2 Rumbles and he's already accumulated 18 eliminations. He's already surpassed Punk, Edge and Batista and he's 1 away from Orton. Given I think Reigns is at least going to be with the company for 10 more years then yeah, he's beating that record. He's also winning another Rumble in the future.

I could see him not beating the record, just since I don't think he's going to come close to his previous record, so it'd take a while. Even while winning, he beat half the ones he beat previously. 25+ eliminations could take quite a while, and that's assuming Kane never gets another one.

Personally I'm just seeing him being the guy to do it simply because he's done so much and he's only a few years in. I wouldn't even be surprised to see Reigns win 3 Rumbles total.

Doesn't Kane hold the record for most Rumbles?
I know at one point he was in like 10 in a row.

That's only if he actually succeeds as the top star like they're hoping, which the jury is still out on. Otherwise I see him as an upper tier guy who probably gets a few good eliminations each year that he's in, but never goes on a tear like he did in his record-setting year. Though I will say though that nobody is probably touching that most eliminations in a single Rumble anytime in the near future. That one will probably be his for a long while.

Can't be Roman, because he will be in the title match for the next 10+ years.
As long as there is some big hoss that they want to be over, but isn't ever a real title contender...he can do it as long as he is healthy long enough. Once they get close, they will make a point of breaking it, hoping that after 8-12 years, the guy is finally hugely over.

Though I will say though that nobody is probably touching that most eliminations in a single Rumble anytime in the near future. That one will probably be his for a long while. Just depends. Let's look at Cena, he's been in pretty much every Rumble since 05 in either the Rumble match or title match. Since his first WWE Championship win, out of the 4 times he was actually in the Rumble match he won twice and he accumulated 19 eliminations. That's 1 more than Reign has in only 2 Rumbles. Cena's had 4 eliminations, 4 eliminations, 7 eliminations and 4 eliminations for those 4 times I've just mentioned. Reigns has 12 and 6. Basically to sum it up I'm saying even if he's mostly in title matches, the Rumble matches he's in he's getting a lot of eliminations based on his track record. Cena at least got 4 since 05 in every Rumble. Reigns will be getting a good amount each time as well. All Reigns has to do is at least get 4 eliminations in his next Rumble and he ties Cena's record and that's the last Cena got and yet Cena's never been the "omg this guy is a Rumble monster" star likes Reigns is. They really screwed up making Reigns get that many eliminations like that. It's just going to continue and I'd honestly be surprised if he doesn't surpass Cena's record at the next Rumble he's in.

Yeah if it's anyone it's gonna be Reigns. If he's not in the title match he will definitely be in the rumble.

I know many people aren't going to agree with me on this but whatever, I actually wouldn't be to upset if Kane won a Rumble before he retired.
Yeah yeah, local men and all that, but he's been in so many it's only fair to let him have one.
