What is the deal with Toronto and raccoon's I don't know but its caused some people to go nuts, for example:  The whole neighbourhood rallied......... AGAINST this guy in favor of the raccoons. I believe there was a petition circulating amongst the neighbors to get this guy outta here. Toronto loves their raccoons. That much, I can say. |
